Has anyone seen this yet? Is it worth price to upgrade to VIP? I don't care about the meet and greet, just want a good seat. It will give me a chance to check out their Sportsbook, looking for a good place to watch the OU/TX game and the wife likes to play slots there.

I saw it last week with my nephews. I sprung for the VIP tickets - which got us a comfortable booth and extra attention. The dancers were very personable after the show and my nephews got a kick out of that.

The theater was about half full for a Friday night show. As a result, the audience was up close. Having said that, it's a small theater and even if it were full there's not a bad seat in the house. The cast goes out in the audience every now and then to mix things up. There was cocktail service during the performance. One of the things we (the guys) appreciated is all the girls looked natural (read: real) when down to pasties.

I thought Limelight was a value considering the price. I'm used to paying Strip prices for shows and think the ones Downtown are a bargain. And, you're not in some huge impersonal theater.

To be critical for a moment, there were a few things that bugged me. I had not been to a show in Plaza's theater before and staff were not much help in finding it. The first three staff I asked did not know where the box office or the theater were - how could they not know? And, they really cranked up the volume for the dance numbers. Seriously, one of the loudest shows I've seen.

They were giving out 2 for 1 passes on Fremont, so we went. Bought Gen Adm but when we walked in the usher asked us if we'd like to sit on the front row, so we did. Great dancing and costumes, glad we went.
