    Hi guys,

I accidentally bet $100 on my beloved Baylor Bears to beat Iowa State tonight with a 21 point spread. I meant to bet $20 but had two chocolate martinis so I messed up!
Anyway, Baylor won by 21 points so do I get my $100 back?
I placed the bet at Palazzo if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any and all advice,
    Liz

Lol beginners luck I guess? You're going to push a lot more then you think. Note for football. 3.5 = bet on underdogs, 7.5 bet on the underdog, and 10.5. usually these increments of .5 are in your favor according to Vegas (Look it up, "how to read point spreads") Anything between those are usually in the favorites instead of underdogs. So lets say Baylor -4-7, bet Baylor. etc etc..

Interesting. It also makes sense to me. I don't play sports book that much, but I'll have to consider that the next time I do make a wager.
