I enjoyed Central for Breakfast, sit at the bar and people watch and take in the Caesars Palace vibe

Any good alternatives you can think of for a sit down non buffet breakfast in a cool location?

The Jean Phillipe at Aria. Its near the main elevators, so you can watch everyone stumbling in after a late night or waking up early

Does anyone know when Central will be closing and what will be replacing it?

Payards can be fun for people watching but I don't know how much traffic you will see during breafast hours. As fro Central, it should be closed and if not closed any day. It relates to their bankruptcy so I don't think there was a plan to replace it. Personally, I like Augustus Cafe better so I hope they do a simpler in house concpet and get going right away, I don't see a point in a celebrity chef coffee shop.

Just so it's not yet another TGIF or something like that. :) Just watch it, with my luck it will be HHAGG, which I did NOT really care for. :(

As of September 29th, Central was still open and had no signage anywhere about closing. Also, around the property they were still displayed on the restaurant listings, and they had updated them recently to remove Cyprus Street Marketplace (the food court) and Emperess Court and add Sate which are changes that had occurred in the last 2 weeks.

    Is it actually closing?

    Or changing ownership?

Or going to continue operating while in bankruptcy?
