MyVegas Contacting Monte Carlo MLife to Refund a Reward

    I have left multiple messages over the past couple days with their new "call you back" system and have had no luck. I even tried to get transferred through the front desk and it goes to the same place. Anyone else having a hard time getting ahold of the MLife at Monte Carlo?

    oh they suck they send you to accts receivables's VM hell which is slightly more speedy to reply than the DMV

    If you need to cancel/refund a reward, you can do it inside the game.

    1. Click the rewards tab
    2. Click My Purchases
    3. Select the reward you want to cancel/refund
    4. Click Cancel Reward

    If it is a hotel room or show ticket and you have already booked the room or reserved your seats for the show, then you aren't able to get a refund of the loyalty points.

    This option has been removed for me, is it only me? Maybe I cancelled more than the 3 in 30 days they allow?

    Many people have had issues with the refund button being missing. You can by the way, refund 5 in a month.

    To refund, place a support case HOWEVER, choose something OTHER than 'refund' as your option. If you choose 'refund' it will send an auto generated email telling you that you can do it yourself. So select other & explain the reward you want to refund & redemption code, and request the refund from support.

    I had this issue when they first went to the automated refund system. The ability to refund wasn't there. I couldn't get ahold of support either. It was just popcorn at Sugar Factory though, so I just let it expire. *shrug*

    Support ticket worked, just went one up on the list from refund to something like technical issue.
