Just looking for some feedback on theses picks. Looking at Fiamma at the MGM, before seeing Carrot Top. Also looking at Julian Seranno at the Aria. Finally for a steakhouse, either SW or Cut. Need one more reco for our 4th night. Thanks all!

SW was terrific both times I was there. I'm going to Julian Serrano on my next trip before watching Zarkana. If you like the somewhat loud club-type music playing while dining, Tao has great food for a reasonable price. The miso-glazed Chilean sea bass is the best dish I ever had.

Fiamma was closed last week while I was at the MGM. They had curtains over the entire wall and were not open while I was there from Sunday thru Wednesday night. There was no signs or anything to indicate why they were not open.

    Hi Solymar,
I read a previous post by you saying you were looking for a more modern ambiance in a steak house.
Try STK at the Cosmopolitan, which has a great 1980-1990 hip sound track playing in the background (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Cher, Journey etc) during dinner hours.
They have tasty steaks, including a very flavorful skirt steak, if you like a piece of meat that has more "chew" to it.
I've also eaten at 35 Steak and Martini's at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which has a great steak.
Finally, Jean Georges at the Aria also has a serious steak.

For frame of reference, I never order a filet mignon, but usually get a NY strip, medium rare, and sometimes the Ribeye.
Of course, a bottle of a medium to high-end California cab/blend completes the experience!
