Does anyone actually prefer CET's Total Rewards website? I like the look of the old diet better. Offers were sorted in date order a new offers were marked.

Agree.....I like the new fancy color scheme but it was easier to view everything with the old site.

The new site has a couple of things that are better - offer codes seem to work more often.

Worse: When you are in the calendars and you click on dates, kind of your assumption is that the end date you are clicking on is your checkout date, but the calendar considers it a room night. The old calendar had checkboxes. That's a slight difference, but the old way was more intuitive.

Glaring error: The My TR page doesn't display the expiration date of your RC's.

    I “hate” the new website.

I found a way to go to the old website. But now the “my offers” is linking to the new one.

Everyone needs to click the Feedback link and complain.

One of the choices in the Feedback was “hate it.”

I agree, I don't like it at all. I like to check room rates/comp availability both with and without my husband listed as a companion, and the new site makes it hard if not impossible to do that.

I think visually and usability they improved some things, like the offer calendar views. Otherwise it sucks, especially the reservation engine. It seems almost as if they put in programing changes to limit choices and force an upsell for room types in bookings.

I hate the new site, everything about it. The reservations system only works in Iexplorer and not with Firefox or Chrome. I wrote them and they told me it's for IE8 and higher and if I want to use their site I should use explorer.

If you go into the slot finder, you can find your way back into the old site.

    or

After you sign in with the new site you can use this link to find your way back. https://www.totalrewards.com/MyTr.do but I think it hands off to the new reservation system when you go to book or get offers. :grrr:

My biggest complaint about the new site, and really it wasn't much better on the old site, is that if you have an offer that is good at multiple properties, they are all listed separately and you have to scroll through everything so you might miss something good. I don't know why they can't group all the offers together and just list the properties where they can be used underneath. Plus, when an offer has multiple parts, each part is listed separately so you can't tell that they all go together on one offer.

I hate it, too. I have 260 offers and it was so much better when I was able to filter and just view the new ones. if I saw one to my liking, I'd con hubby into a trip to Vegas, Windsor or Atlantic City. it is important to see offers as soon as possible because it gives me 1) time to shop for air fare or 2) an earlier opportunity to book a junket - they sell out fast. now, I don't even bother to look. Hubby likes it because it's less money spent in, and getting to, casinos. But it pisses me off!!!

I agree that it is not as good as their old site - but still way better than the mlife site.

I can never understand who it is that makes the decisions on these "upgrades". Seems they almost always try to add bells and whistles that don't really matter and sacrifice the basic functionality of the system in the process.

When you think about it three of the four main sites for Vegas players clubs suck.

Grazie was hacked and besides like one week about a month ago has been down since February
The new TR site is garbage
    MLife works sporadically

I haven't had or heard of any issues with Wynn's site.
