    My Trip Report

Hey VMB, I've enjoyed reading the trip reports and living vicariously through some of y'all's experiences, so I figured I'd contribute as well!

This will be my fourth trip to Sin City, and my wife's 2nd trip. So far I have stayed at The Hard Rock, Luxor, and my wife and I have stayed at Planet Hollywood. This time we will be staying 4 nights at the Monte Carlo - compliments of the MyVegas game.

This trip will hopefully have a little bit of everything. As far as shows go, we're planning on seeing Zarkana and Michael Jackson One. So far we're planning on eating at Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo, Wicked Spoon at Cosmo, Lavo at Palazzo, and Fogo de Chao. We don't have a ton of stuff planned for during the day, apart from going downtown one day armed with our ACG books and raking in some free play money! We might make a stop at Pawn Stars and the Stratosphere on the way. Suggestions welcome!

Some goals for this trip will be to expand my wife's casino game repertoire, and also to find some cocktails she likes. Last year we went to Minus5 in Monte Carlo, and although my wife isn't much of a drinker, she found a cocktail she really liked (albeit, it was probably 2% alcohol). She also managed to go on an amazing run at video roulette last time, and between her winnings at that and my winnings at poker, we managed to pay for the trip!

I'll try and post any exciting pictures on here while we're on our trip, although don't expect anything too exciting. Even though we're in our mid 20s, we probably have the Vegas excitement mindset of a 60 year old couple.

Lol, we must have gone to very different locations. I've been to both in Addison, TX, and Fogo was clearly better, and it's not even close.

enjoy Brand, but beware sometime after 10pm it becomes a dance club (very loud), so if you are eating later it'll be a bit different

Ha, we're actually going there on the first night and we'll be 2 hours behind. We'll probably be the only people eating dinner at like 4pm.

    Things to do:
    a) Zip line downtown
    b) Get a drink top of The STRAT
    c) Go to the Anchor and Crown and get some fish n chips and watch a soccer game (sat am)
    d) Go to the Price is Right at Ballys during the day
    e) Eat at hash house in the quad
    just some different ideas

Thanks and keep up the good work, have fun.
