I really like Empress Court at Caesars, don't see it ever mentioned here though. Caesars also has a NOBU, haven't been to that been but have been to both of the ones in NY a ton of times and I'm sure its just as good. I also like SEA at Ballys, its Thai and Vietnamese. I thought it was very good, my girlfriend thought it was great and she's not a huge fan of Thai food (much to my chagrin).

Main thing I would try is the new Yong Kang Street food place at Paris if its open by then.

Really? I know they have a new Italian in the walkway and sugar factory is expanding. Have not heard of anything else. Interesting.

Oh wow! I didn't know they were opening one in Vegas. Looks like it will replace Empress Court. That will be awesome. Talk about classic NY old school spots...

5 year’s ago Mr. Chow was being planned to open at either The Harmon or Vdara at City Center. Well, things have changed and Mr. Chow will now open next year at Caesars Palace which also is home to Rao’s. If someone wants to do something awesome together and celebrate at Mr. Chow, I’m down! Otherwise, you have a better chance of catching me at another New York favorite at Caesars Palace, Carmines.

Here are more details from the Mr. Chow press release

Caesars Palace is pleased to announce internationally renowned MR CHOW is expected to open its seventh restaurant location in early 2015. The luxurious Beijing cuisine eatery will be located in the impressive second story space currently occupied by Empress Court, which will close this spring.
MR CHOW guests will enter through a set of private elevators, located on the casino floor level of Caesars Palace. The restaurant will be located on the second story, which will overlook the Garden of the Gods pool oasis. With design credits including boutiques for Giorgio Armani, Mr. Chow’s keen sense of design is sure to be reflected in the space.

Empress Court was really good back 10 to 15 years ago. The quality has been slowly declining while the prices has been increasing. My food comps from Empress Court was more than the rest of the comps (hotel, room service, other restaurants and show tickets.)

I think MR. Chow will be a great replacement for Empress Court.

Yong Kang Street Dumpling & Noodle House
Can't figure where? Wonder if they will get rid of the luggage place.

Found it, Set to slot into the Le Café Ile St. Louis, Yong Kang Street has revealed itself to occupy the area between the cafe and Le Village Buffet.

I'm a huge fan of Nobu in Caesars. Young Kang Street in Paris is supposed to open this month. It should be reasonably priced since it's a dumpling and noodle house.

Yong Kang is supposed to be next to the restaurant with the open patio seating (took part of their space)....sorry, can't remember the name. Between that restaurant and the buffet. Think the area use to have a small coffee bar.
