I have a fuel the duel reward, but the only day I can use it when I'm there is Saturday. I don't care to see the show as much get the $100 in drinks for my group. Will I have a problem getting seats for 6 or a spot at the bar to use the reward?

The reward states you get VIP seating. Seating for 6 should be no problem, it's pretty common. When I used the reward two weeks ago, the hostess told us they'd give us the best available table. It was decent enough, but I'm not sure that VIP means the same thing to everyone. The reward is accurate in that it can be used Thurs - Saturday from 9pm to midnight only. That is the schedule for the performers. It is also accurate in that it is merely a $100 credit towards your bar tab.

I hope you enjoy the performers better than I did.

We enjoyed this reward last summer. We didn't wait for a seat, although there was only 2 of us. Not sure what the VIP seating is all about, because anyone who walks up gets the best available seating. LOL

I have just purchased this for me and my wife, how does it work? Planning on going on a Friday, do we just hand our confirmation email at the door on the night and then taken to our seats? Never done this before so any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I'm curious about this too. I have this reward and plan to use it this upcoming Saturday.

Can this reward be picked up at any Mlife desk? I'm staying at Mandalay and it would be easier to pick it up there if possible since Im coming in on Saturday and that would be my only chance to use the reward.

This reward is like the others,........you need to redeem it at the Mlife desk in the casino it will be used for, and, on the date you want to use it.

No. It needs to be redeemed in the hotel the reward will be used in. It also needs to be redeemed on the day you use it.

We just used this last month. We didn't reserve a table for our party of 5. We showed up around 9:30 and got a table (requested far away from pianos as its very loud and not very good.) We used the $100.00 for drinks for the table and ordered a few apps and just paid for our food and tipped on the $100.00 worth of drinks. No problem using the credit for the table as the credit was put on my players card. Just give the card and your ID to your server and your good to go.

Yes, that's what he means. The Mlife desk will apply the $100 to your players card. That's what you need to show, with ID, when you pay your tab. $100 of drinks will be comped.

Has anyone used this reward outside the 2100-000 time frame?

I called the Monte Carlo concierge yesterday and they stated it must be used in the time frame and day listed on the award.

I'm sorry to bump this, but I was just hoping that someone could confirm that this reward is strictly for drinks and can NOT be used for food?

Yes, ONLY drinks. No food. You can purchase food separately though.

It is ONLY valid during the dueling pianos on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9pm-12am.

No problem! :) Better to know early so you can make a backup plan or choose another reward, though. ;)
