    Good Morning,

In mid-May, I reserved a HR Queen Suite (mountain view) for Thurs-Mon. Note: This will be my first time staying at HR.

I plan on doing the $20 or $50 tip to get a Pool view. I totally forgot about Rehab and went to rebook but the Pool view rooms are pricey.

    Questions:

    1. Anyone have any luck upgrading on a Thurs?
    2. What are my odds for a Thurs morning (9am) check-in?
    3. If I am successful, which floor(s) or room number(s) should I ask for?

    Thanks,
    Charlie

I can't help with the first 2 questions, but can tell you to ask for the highest floor possible if you're on the mountain (airport) view side... at least above about 7 to avoid the parking-garage. That side has room-numbers ended with odd numbers.

The pool-view rooms all end with even numbers. The lower the room number the closer to the elevator (which you can never hear) and ice machine. If you get too high of an even number (they go up to 30) and technically you have a pool view, but it's really a dirt lot view that's on the far side of the pool complex... but those rooms have better view of the Strip.

The room numbers are like 1-1014
The 1 is for the HRH Tower the 10 is for the floor and the 14 is the actual room number.

The HRH Tower and Paradise Towers have 16 floors (no 13) and the Casino Tower has 11 I think.

Really? OK will take your word for it but based on pics from Trip Advisor, the HRH Queen Suite pool views looked pretty nice! :wink2:

LOL Shauncho... Not bringing binoculars so need to be placed on a level with a good view! :peace:

I think he means ogling the honeys and he's right... the best pool-view rooms are in the Casino Tower with the french-doors that open. They are right over one of the ReHab pools. The HRH and Paradise Tower rooms aren't quite as close... there's definitely great views of the pool complex but not right above it like the Casino Tower.

To get the full effect, you should go to Rehab not watch it through a window while sitting in your room.

Keep in mind that the rehab party is only on sundays, they are opened every day but its only on sundays when it turns into rehab. The difference in really night and day.
