Checked Mlife....of course, I had to call as I could not get into my account. Checked the offers, mainly small discounts with $50 resort cash. I then called reservations and was connected to VIP services. They were able to comp us two weeknights and a Saturday night for $149. With resort fees and other stuff added in, it came to $194. Not great, not bad. Hopefully we will get some of that taken off in the end. So, make sure to call direct, not the 800 number and not the main reservations number. You never know.

We have only gambled at Aria for maybe a day each trip, staying at Paris twice a year, and then only a few hours. We like the hotel and the casino and will be using some myVegas comps also.

Looking forward to this trip! June 28-July 5.

Similar thing happened to me yesterday NYNY. My deals online were mediocre but when I called suddenly 2 free nights were showing up.

For a variety of reasons (mostly related to the perceived pressure/obligation to gamble at a specific level), many people prefer to book online without talking to a host or VIP services. However, I always recommend calling and asking what they can do for you. I am an upper-mid level gambler, and I always get far more than my offers. The lower you roll, the less likely you are to get more than your pre-set offers.

I don't understand why MLife spends the money to maintain the website and update the "offers"

They send mailers out to MLife members offering high end comps but the website offers to the same players are a joke.

12 to 18 months ago they were more consistent but not any longer.

I dont understand why people still get so upset that the Mlife website has occasional glitches and bugs... :poke:

Maintaining the website is probably pretty cheap...im sure there isnt a group of people sitting in a room reviewing everyones play and deciding what offers to put on their account. its just a computer code that auto generates the offers based on the ADT database (or whatever). Its rather new and they are still working out the bugs...simmer down people.

All of my Mlife offers are on par with my mailers...and I have never had any big issues with the website. It seems like people with hosts often get mailers and website offers that dont match...could just be a coincidence though

My website offers are not even close to on par with the emails and snail mail I get.
Website offers me a discount at the Luxor and others.
Mailer offers me SkySuites comp nights plus resort credit, limo, showtickets etc.
I don't worry about it I just don't even look at the website.

I think the OP is correct in the message of checking with MLife vip instead of taking the website ofers

I have already replied with my agreement of the value of calling to see what your host or VIP services can offer above and beyond what shows on the Mlife site, but I disagree that there is nothing of value there. Of course there are the offers from every Mlife hotel with nothing more than discounted casino rates, but I also have all kinds of offers for shows and events with free room and resort credit, seasonal offers, and some generous resort specific offers.

I also hear all the hate towards the Mlife web site, but have personally never had an issue with it.

absolutely nothing different online than when I called...used the main number, said "i had trouble getting to my mlife account to check rates", nice young man offered me exactly what I could get online...

I am a "low roller" tho...so I dont rate much..was worth a try tho, maybe I called the wrong number...they got one for us low end dudes?

Don't use the main number. Ask to speak to VIP services. Even though the guy at the main number asked me if I had stayed there before, he did not ask if I had a card. So, when he quoted me prices of close to $200 a night, I asked for someone who could review my play.

I have NEVER been able to get directly into the Mlife website. Always have to call to get someone to let me in. Frustrating! A year or two ago, I used to get free night offers on there, but this time, only discounts...until I called.

My issue is that nothing shows up for me on the website.

I get emails from NYNY, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, MGM in my email, and some snail mail. They never show up on the Mlife website.. so I agree call or email someone.
