We have been a couple since 1997, and have done four Vegas Vacations together since our first in 2000.

She has the big 60 on 5/4, and that part is taken care of at home with friends.

Then on 5/11, we arrive in Vegas.

I have told her, her Birthday gift awaits in Vegas on Wednesday 5/14.

The plan is to distract her that day.... go to LVH by Monorail, play our normal day 5c VP. (25c VP at night, we are big rollers :haha: ).

Then go to Counts Kustoms, then to Stratosphere for her to do the Sky Jump. That is her BD Gift.

After her surprise, and jump, then we go back to home base at PHO, to get ready to spend the night at South Point.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

That is all there is to it.

Is there anything ELSE, I should be thinking of to do, on this Wednesday, to let her know, this is her 60 BD day in Vegas.

Sooooo Roses and Wines are for the Young (and we love the idea of Roses and Wine). Damit! :evillaugh

    We'll still 60...

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

So now we are South Point for the evening to gamble. Is there anything at South Point after dinner, to give a nice touch of the day's experience.

    Thanks!

Where's dinner? Hopefully at Michael's Gourmet Room, that place is supposed to be phenomenal.

Nope, all 4'11' and all 95 pounds of her, she hates eating (till she gets hungry). So food is not her thing.

She is a, Dinner in, Dinner out, type of girl. Hates to "waste time" while I finish my meal.

We are going to Primarily Rib at South Point... for.. a ... er.. well..

Prime Rib, that she loves (besides a ribeye Steak).

So food means very little to her. Good food yes. But not on her top ten list of things to do.

I just need something extra, after dinner, to give her "a touch of thought".

It can occur any time while we are gambling after dinner.

Yea, she is different, money does not impress her (much, haha).

Think Shania Twain, That don't Impress me much...

And I work Nuclear Medicine in a Hospital.... (just a Technologist, not Doctor!!!)

    Helppppppppppppp! :nworthy:

Hint... A single rose means more than two dozen..

How about a show? Take her to "O" if you haven't seen it.

Her Birthday surprise is a skyjump? Hoo boy.... I hope she doesn't mind jumping off a perfectly fine building....:poke:

After the jump take her to a show. Maybe Jersey Boys or Beatles Love.

And she would also do the real thing and jump out of a perfectly fine airplane too. On our budget, the skyjump with video is a splurge on something with so little time duration. At least with shows, you get your time's worth. We are doing a show, just not that night.

I should be more specific, sorry. Eveyrthing is planed, but it is the simple things that has meaning to her. I was thinking along the line of a Momento, a Keepsake, Souvenir that reflects her BD, Vegas, Counts Kustoms, Skyjump, Night at Southpoint gambling, etc, for that day.

Yea, I know, it doesn't exist..... So probably pick a little something up at each place we visit on Wednesday.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
