Anyone get any offers for Bellagio lately? I would say in the last few years or so - we get offers for all of the casinos except Bellagio. I'm wondering if it's just us or if others are experiencing the same thing? We play there quite a bit every trip but I haven't seen an offer in quite a few years! Even our "discount" casino rate is quite high.

I did for bookings through June 30th. "Special" rate of $89/nt, $50 FP, and $50 Dining Credit. Stayed there in May of last year.

My spring offer was just as bad. I took the winter offer, which was 3 nights, $100 FP, and $250 F&B.

I went from getting a suite, $1,050 in food, $500-700 in free play, limo and VIP check-in to getting no offer at all. Meanwhile, my BF, who earned 50% less tier credits than I did on our last stay there in June - his offer got better. OK, rant over.

With that said, Bellagio, at least for me, has never shown up on the web-site, except for the reduced rates. Their offers always come via e-mail, and sometimes snail mail as well.

I usually only eat at Bellagio, very minimal gaming so I get nothing more than "special rates" from them. No spring offer yet for any MGM Properties.

Bellagio and Aria are at the top of their "pecking order".

And, I am guessing Bellagio stays booked, so why discount?

Makes no sense. In the past four years or so we've had a steady increase in our bankroll and slot play each year and a steady decrease in our comps and other offers.

It really makes perfect sense when you look beyond yourself. 4 years ago the economy was in the tank, and the hotels were having issues filling the rooms. So they offered more to people, trying to get them to Vegas. As the economy has come around, the rooms are filling up enough on their own, so the offers are toned down.

There you go with logic and business sense.

Another factor is that casinos may often "bait" you with higher offers, then slack off a bit when they realize you are actually a degenerate and will come no matter what. LOL!
