We are coming over from UK to Vegas in 2 days time, are there any current 2 for 1 offers? Last year we could only find such an offer at the Riviera and it looks like their buffet has now closed down? Hotels such as the Silver Sevens ( previously Terribles) get poor reviews and affordable buffets are very difficult to find now!
Will be trying out Main St Station whilst downtown, but have struggled to find anywhere nice to eat round Fremont St area previously.
We tend to stick to the Strip area but are open to suggestions on new places to try. Thanks

Most "affordable" buffets are away from the Strip, so your best bet is to buy the American Casino Guide (ACG) ... but you would also need transportation to get to a lot of those properties. The "Stations" properties are very affordable.

The new Silver Sevens still has their buffet in the same location as it was in Terrible's, but the offerings are much improved. We went there for the Sunday dinner buffet back in November, and it was very good.

For Buffets, Gold Coast on Flamingo Rd West is a very good value especially for breakfast. Get their players card for a discount $2- I Think.
You can take a shuttle from Harrahs or Ballys over to Rio, then walk across the street.
Good, Cheap eats are also at Ellis Island (1 block east of Ballys). No buffet there but good, 24 hr breakfast. For lunch or dinner ask for the Steak special that's not on the menu. Steak with all the fixin's and a craft beer for about $9.

If you have car and are out touring around, check out the buffet at the Palms casino on Flamingo Rd. By signing up for a players card, the prices are $8.99 for lunch and $14.99 for dinner. Perhaps best value in Vegas for the quality.
Otherwise, maybe give the old Terrible's a try. They did upgrade a bit and their prices ($4.99/$6.99/$8.99 for BLD) are dirt cheap.
Too bad they don't hand those FSE coupon books anymore that had the 2-1 downtown buffets.

Groupon constantly has the PH buffet (spice market) one for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Compared to the price its pretty good. Comes out to about 20-22 a head and says free champagne.

I love the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood, still one of my favorites!

See here the website for the Groupon deal: http://www.groupon.com/deals/spice-market-buffet

That's actually a pretty good deal. I love the Spice Market Buffet. I don't do it a lot because of price, but it's always been my favorite buffet in Las Vegas.

2for1 buffet and restaurant coupons aren't available around Las Vegas like they used to be. Most are obtained from premium sources (i.e, you buy the coupons). As Budda mentioned. the American Casino Guide (ACG) is a good source for buffet 2 fers, but mainly at local (off-Strip and not downtown) casinos. You'll find even better coupons through Las Vegas Advisor (LVA). ACG is about $15 and LVA is $35. They are both well-worth the money if you have use for the coupons.

If you're on facebook and don't mind playing games for freebies, there's often 2/1 buffet deals to be had.
