ASPIRATION Level 3: 80,000 Tier Credits
... as well as waived fees on check cashing and credit card advances.

I had heard something about this, but not sure what it means. From their website, they just say to ask at Total Rewards. Yea, right.

    Anyone done this.

I would guest there is still some nasty fee from credit card company, or is it just interest - which many people would pay off within days. (some would not of course)

no it works both ways you still have to pay the credit card vig to the cc company but the casino will wave the fee on there end so you will not be doubled dipped.

on personal checkes i forgot the excat fee somewhere from 5 to 10$ and they wave that and theres no fee on the backs side .

Right, CET will take care of the service fee normally charged by the casino to get a CC Advance. You simply go to the cage and tell them how much of an advance you want, and assuming you have availability on your card you will get the money. They are not going to cover fee's the credit card company charge you - that is your responsibility.
