What are some strange requests you've seen people give cocktail waitresses? A couple weeks ago at Aria I was at this table where another guy was doing a marathon session, he had been at the table for something like 10 hours at that point.

When the CW came by he asked her for a drink and for Chapstick because his lips were dry. It just sounded funny as hell because he was dead serious and looked like he was in pain from chapped lips. The CW said she can get it for him for the hotel store right nearby. He gave her the cash and she came back pretty quickly with the Chapstick. He tipped her $20 for it.

    Any unusual ones you've heard?

At the El Cortez I see gamblers order lunch or dinner and the wait help deliver the food to the player on the machine.

I've not seen anything super crazy. Only thing that was out of the ordinary was a call for monkey picked tea.

As a chapstick addict this is something good to know, and I would even tip $20 as well!

About 10 years ago at NYNY I told our long time HL room cocktail server Jennifer that I could really go for a Quarter Pounder and fries. 30 minutes later, she brought it to me at the table.

Saw a completely soused player ask for a Singapore sling and a double shot of Sambuca and then slam the table and yell out "And no Goddamn coffee beans with that Sambuca!!!" This happened a long time ago and whenever I go to a Starbucks I reminisce on that classic moment.

One night my friend and I were SLAMMED drunk and he ordered a MILK, lol...the CSM told the cocktail waitress (this was on Graveyard and they only had the one waitress) to go over to the coffee shop and get him a milk.
However, I've had the waitress bring me a "fruit plate" LOL (I told her just get me all the fruits they had there at the bar and bring me them)...but then again, this is a small casino and it's always on Graveyard so the CW doesn't really have any customers...

Love the fruit plate from the bar Tim. I'll most definitely have to remember that one for the wee hours in the morning with a fun CW. Awesome!!!

I'm from Sacramento but have been to Barona casino in your area. Lots of people eating full course meals at slot machines. Very odd.

Two weeks ago my photographer buddy asked a gorgeous CW to pose for him in a retro lingerie shoot and she did it.

I don't think requesting food be delivered to the HL room is at all unusual. In fact, I think I have seen that on every trip I've ever taken. Now, asking the CW to pose for racy pictures, cannot say I have ever seen that!

Back when I was just starting to play for higher stakes I was in the Treasure Island High Limit Room and saw a couple Asian players order Watermelon Juice. I figured this was the sort of thing one does in the high limit room...so when the waitress came around, I too ordered Watermelon Juice, with a shot of vodka. The dealer chuckled. A while later after I had finished the watermelon cocktail he asked me if I felt better.

    "I feel the same, why?"

"Watermelon juice" he said "is a natural asian laxative."

Sure enough, my session ended abruptly about 30 minutes later.
