Without getting religious/Spiritual on here, have you experienced any good churches while in Vegas?

    I'd go to This church

Atomic liqours downtown has a quick service followed by a bloody mary bar and nfl football. Sounds kinda awesome to me. http://www.atomiclasvegas.com/

Yes. Each time I am in Vegas, I attend Wednesday night bible class at Mountain Top Faith Ministries (2845 Lindell Road).

If anyone is ever looking for a great church to visit while in Vegas, I encourage them to visit my church, The Crossing.

Services are at 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, and 6:00 on Sundays.

More info here for anyone interested.....

I went to the Catholic church across from MB on Christmas day. The service was nice, although they had a guy playing guitar and it was out of tune. The congregation looked like casino workers mostly.

You might want to check out the Guardian Angel Cathedral right next door to the Wynncore on Cathedral way. The masses are always crowded with folks from around the world. The music ministry is composed of mainly professionals from the many entertainment venues in town.

Check out their website for some interesting background and history.

Thanks so much. This looks like my home church, called Crossroads, here in NW Illinois. Look forward to visiting you some weekend.

My wife wanted to catch service Sunday before last when we were at MB so we went here. That was one of the fastest services I've ever been in! 45 minutes from start to finish. He gave a good homily though (I'm not catholic so I'm not sure if that's spelled right). The music minister was pretty wild looking though with the really long stark white hair. I kept thinking of Edgar Winters. It's a ver interesting looking church.

Oh, forgot to add, we went to evening service. Slim chance of me catching morning service in Vegas!

lol, Homily was spelled right. Though I usually attend at the Guardian Angel Cathedral, I did attend across from MB once. Open concept pretty much and one of the newer catholic churches in LV. Downtown, last year I walked to the St. Joan of Arc church, 315 Casino Drive Blvd. it is about half way to the Bonneville transfer station. Small church, cozy, serving the locals there. It felt very homey, great homily, very down to earth, and very obvious not affluent like the other two mentioned. I really enjoyed going there.
