What shows do you enjoy that either have low ratings or do not often get acknowledged?

I don't see X Burlesque at Flamingo mentioned often, but my husband and I love that show.

It's a very small venue. We like most of the music they use in the show. The girls are genuinely pretty and talented dancers. It can be a bit too loud, but the production value is surprisingly good for a rather small show like it is.

    Donny and Marie...

Yeah, I'm serious. They work HARD for 90 minutes and won me over, not having known much about either of them before sitting for the show. They are truly entertainers from an 'old school' time.

Now, if Trop would bring back Gladys Knight, I'd be a happy man. Her last show there was stunning.

I just looked and can't find that it is showing anywhere now, but "Barbra and Frank - The Concert That Never Was" was an awesome show. We saw it at the Riviera several years ago and I believe it moved to the Westin after that. It was a tribute show, but the performers were just spot on in their impersonations of Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra. I always thought it deserved a bigger venue with a full orchestra. I hope it comes back some day.

I agree, Donny and Marie is a really fantastic show!

Given the ability to obtain discounted or 2 for 1 seats, I have always thought Frankie Moreno was an underrated show.

It's not running any more but I LOVED Bite!

I loved it for all the cheesy campyness that everyone harped on it for. The girls were hot and the singer was awesome!

I would love to see Donny and Marie. Used to watch their show when I was a kid in the 70s. The two times I have seen Donny (once at Rama and once in "Joseph") I bawled like a three-year-old; he brought back so many memories of being young, my grandparents being alive, my whole life ahead of me and the world was not a scary place.

The bands on Fremont Street. I don't mean the headliners - just the regular local bands who routinely perform most nights. At the 1st and 3rd street stages you can sit at the outside bars and not have to deal with the (occasional) crowd.

I saw Sin City comedy two years ago inside the mall at PHo. It was cheap and for the price, it was a lot of fun

I am getting great ideas for my next trip. Thanks guys! I would love to check out some shows I have never thought of. I think Barbara and Frank is still at Westin! And Frankie Moreno is usually $20 on discount. I usually see discount tickets being handed out for Mike Hammer. I am excited about all of these mentioned!

You know I never thought about seeing the Donny and Marie show but I love DIVAS and even Frank Marino mentions it in his comedy sketch and a couple sitting next to me while I was watching DIVAS (my favorite show by the way) said that Donny and Marie is their favorite show in Vegas! Show me the discount tickets! LOL

I agree, in June I enjoyed a Elvis impersonator, some kids doing motown, a country band, and a guy playing the sax. There also were some good rock bands.

We really enjoyed Jeff Civillico at the Quad/IP.

It is an afternoon show. Afternoon shows always seem to be underrated to me.

He juggles ladders, bowing balls and such. He brings quite a folks from the audience on to the stage to assist. It was very comical. He is very personable and a real cutie.

    I would see him again.

Yes, Donnie and Marie is a GREAT show. Worth every penny we've seen it many times. I didn't know really anything about them and I loved it. They are just probably the most entertaining people on the planet, that's what they do. They've done it their entire lives.

Carrot Top as well! Awesome. Great deal. I think people just brand him as uncool. But it's the best show in Vegas. So funny!
