Is anyone else having issues with viewing your points and offers online for Cosmo? Every single time I try to get in there it says it's under routine maintenance. I emailed them but no answer. We've played there, I just was curious to see what points I had.

I can only remember one time that I WAS able to view such information. I'm pretty sure the Milf IT crew moonlights at Cosmo.

Ha! Since I posted this I got an email back. It said "You have 39 points, which equals 39 cents. You do not have any promotions"

    Okaaaay then!

I was sure I didn't have many but was hoping I got one of those "we know you don't play here but here's a free night anyway because maybe you might" offers.

    Nope.

Freakin site worked when they first opened, then went to crap. They continue to post the site is down as if it is temporary. It is one of the main reason I no longer have anything to do with them. They do not even PRETEND to care about their customers.

    Screw em.

I just tried it for first time in a year or so. The log in worked and said I had just shy of 19,000 points. I am concerned about this because my host told me I had about $400 worth of spending on points alone after my last trip. I did have 125,000+ points on my account last year before an on duty host checked me out of a stay when my host was on vacation. Used almost all my points which I had been saving for a year. Still pissed.

Identity one just recently went live with points online. I heard from a top executive there that offers should be live in October. Rewardview.com should have link to Identity One in the next couple of weeks. If you haven't already, you should check out rewardview.com, as it helps you see all your points and offers from 20 casino loyalty programs and 150 casinos. Would love to get your feedback...

It's ok to post as a business but you need to actually provide useful information (like you did in the first sentence) not just plug your website every single post.
