Well free is available at Main Street Station in their structure 24/7. Easy two block walk to Fremont.

Others will post to just use the valet at Fremont, Cal etc. Up to you, I just never trust my rental to a valet.

I know, but sorry, but I must keep this one to myself.

The only way to keep a secret is to say nothing.

Then why bother to post nothing? Just to show you know more than others?

I like the Elco or Plaza for parking. One extreme end or the other. Plaza charges $5, but you get it back at the cage. Occasionally I will at the 4 Queens (3 hours with validation I think), but I don't care for their elevators.

Another vote for MSS -- specifically, the parking garage.

    Yeah. Pretty much.

Kinda curious to see if anyone else knows "the place."

I honestly prefer the surface lot at MSS, but if there is somebody in the booth, then you have to pay and get your money back at the cashier. If the gate is up, no fee and it just feels roomier than the structure.

Just a tip, if you are a guest of MSS, just flash your room key and the parking is always free. I do not know if this works with a Cal room key also.

When we lived in Vegas, we always kept a MSS room key in the car in case we went downtown.

We always valet at MSS. We usually grab a lunch buffet at MSS once per trip and then make the short walk over to Fremont Street. A few $ tip is all it takes.

Joe, that was a good tip about keeping a room key from MSS.

    That's my main residence, anyway.

    Thanks!

Binions, easy access from off the expressway and center of FSE, and shaded. Just take the ticket to the cage and the validation machine is right there, no need to even wait on a line, takes 2 seconds and you're set for as long as you want.

Actually the OP asked where is the best or most convenient place to park for Fremont street access.

The MSS parking is free but isn't convenient for fremont street access IMHO. I think valet at the GN is probably convenient for fremont st access. lots of parking lots around the area though, fremont hotel parking is valet only, valet service at the 4q, cal, mss, and other casinos as is regular public parking all around. Not many hotels have 24/7 free parking, only MSS and EC as far as I can remember but many of the others have free validated parking for a few hours.

Not sure, depends what the OP wants to do or where to play to see where is the most convenient place to park.

btw, cal guests need to pick up a yellow card at the hotel front desk for free parking. they can't just show a room key for free parking. The yellow card has the guests room number and date of stay. for non guests there is a 3 hour validation at the Cal with the stamper near the cashier cage.

Golden Nugget valet for convenience. Fremonts valet can be hotel guest only if it's busy. This past weekend rarely had to wait for assistance.

Deadeye, I used Binion's last week an it seems to get a little more grody every year I go. I am going to stick with Golden Nugget's self park from now on and simply have them validate at the casino. It's way cleaner.

It depends how long you wanna stay there, downtown. The validation is good for 3 hours, then it's $2/hr after that.
