    My Trip Report

My first trip report so be gentle. This was sort of a last minute trip. I don't have much vacation left and since my firm is giving us 7/4/ and 7/5 I will only have to take 3 days and still have time to rest up before going back to work. I was just at the Mirage in April but I left only 14,000 TC short of platinum. I think I was ripped off and should have made it in April. This was the month they had some computer problems and after some emails/posts my TC were going up and up but stopped 14K short. I think they did it on purpose. I live in Florida and wanted to get the free cruise before they change their minds and not offer them next year. I know it would probably be cheaper to just buy the cruise then fly across the country and spend days in the casino. However, it is the best way to describe why I'm returning so soon to the non-gambling types.

Caveats: These are just my opinions, I know we all have preferences, don't judge!

Sun, 6/30. This was my first trip on Southwest. I usually fly Delta first class but the 850 fare I usually get went up to 1200+ and SW flies direct at 540 so I thought I'd give it a try. I checked in 24 hrs in advance on the dot, got B9. I'm not against paying the 12.50 but didn't think it was necessary. I read where lots of people get As without paying. Oh well.

Got to airport fairly early and my gate was already crowded. About an hour before the flight they make an announcement that it is a long flight and they don't serve food, so please get something to eat now. I brought one of those prepackaged meals with meat/cheese/crackers/cookie. Go Picnic I think. Then they tell us there are open positions A1-15 available for purchase at $40. Huh? Didn't seem like a deal to me, I pass. I get a decent seat on the aisle. A person at work who flies SW often gave me a bunch of drink coupons so I'm set for the 4.5 hour flight.

My row fills up with a normal looking gambler on the window and some old hippie in the middle on her way back to San Diego from a family reunion. The hippie must way a buck tops but complains about the close quarters. What part of putting my earphones on was a invitation for you to talk to me? I knew the seats were would different than first class but I had no idea how much. I'm tall and not thin. My knees are on the seat in front unless I stuck them under the seat. I had all my crap stowed there since the seat pocket is only big enough for a leaflet. I'm trying to brush all this off, I'm going to Vegas and it's a direct flight. Suck it up. We take off and it goes down hill from there. The hippie is sneezing like crazy and NOT into her sleeve, NOT into a kleenex but either in her hand or over everyone else. They come around with drinks, OK, I can at least relax with drinks. Hell no. They NEVER come back. One drink service on a 4.5 hour flight? Seriously? I usually have 2 before take off. They came around again with snacks and water, but only 1 for drinks. The smells on this plane are hard to describe. Onions, pizza, popcorn and swear some sort of Chinese food. I'm very unhappy now. Not enough booze, I feel crunched up in this seat, the hippy won't stop sneezing or talking even though I'm watching a movie on my ipad and have my headphones on. We land after what felt like a 10 hour flight.

At this point I'm thrilled that I had ordered the stretch package through presidential. I usually get the town car but I figured I might want to have extra room after this flight. I had gotten my text with the driver's name but nobody with my name at the bottom of the escalator. I wait a few minutes, still nobody. I'm getting nervous at this point that my trip may be a nightmare. I call the number and find he is waiting at the baggage stop. I find him and he is great. Very nice, talkative, and accommodating. He waits for my bag while I run to the ladies room. We start outside and because of he heat he tells me to wait and pulls the car up, even though it was only a few feet from the door. He pulls the cold cheap champagne from the ice and pours me a glass. Boy I needed that. He asks if I need to stop at the liquor store. I said no, but I really need some alcohol and an attitude adjustment before getting to the hotel. He took his time and cruised the strip for at least 30 minutes while I drank the champagne like water and we chatted. Now I'm feeling Vegas. That SW flight from hell is becoming a faint memory. I would highly recommend Dmitry to anyone! He really turned around my mood so I slipped him $40 at arrival. He asked when I was leaving and promised he would be my driver on the way back. Sweet!

This is my first time at Bellagio. I usually stay at Mirage and pay the up charge for a Penthouse. I'm solo and only here 3 nights so I was fine with a standard room but wanted a fountain view. I had checked the website daily and knew they weren't going to be crowded since this is before the holiday. I head for the invited guest area and there is no line. I ask for the fountain view and he says to me "everyone wants a fountain view, there are only so many" Excuse me? The correct answer is "I will see what I can find. I'm sorry, nothing is available" I tell him I know they aren't full, and I'm willing to come back as it's only 4PM. He said they were fully on Friday and Saturday. So, what's your point, today is Sunday. He puts me in a pool view 18th floor and tells me to call the desk at 7. Not happy with your attitude invited guest desk clerk guy.

I head for the casino and pop 200 in some machine. I'm gambling my way to the Mlife desk to load my freeplay. Lose about 80, move to the next machine and loose another 50. I see a Top Dollar machine I'd never seen before. I'm a big top dollar fan as I've run the most on those machines. This $5 spin, with 2x, 3x and 5xs symbols. If you get the bonus all offers are tripled. Great! I put in my 60 and on the second spin it stops on Bar, 3X, 5X. Bells go off, $1200. Now we're talking. Takes forever to get a slot attendant, had to go find one. My first thought is if I can keep winning maybe I can buy a ticket on real airline for the way back. Cash out and head to Mlife. Get my free play loaded. Amble around just checking things out and play a bit more. I go to the snack bar. I love having options like this where you can just eat and run but still have something hot. I had the cheesesteak and fries. Both the sandwich and fries were big enough to serve two. For $21 it should. I ate half and felt bad throwing the rest away. No other big slot wins. Too fatiqued to play attention at BJ or craps so just slotted around after dinner. While getting more cash out of my purse I find the MyVegas emails I had and realized I forgot to redeem them at the desk (getting old sucks). It's now about 7 so while they are doing to paperwork I call the front desk from the house phone and ask about the room. I let her know up front I'm willing to pay an up charge, I'm not asking for anything free. She only has a smoking room on the 8th floor. No thanks. She said to try again at 8. I ask if she's just putting me off or if something might really be available. She said they are still cleaning, call back. OK. So I play for another hour and now I'm ready to go upstairs. I really need a shower and am ready to call it a day. I think to myself you've already hit a hand pay, other than the first front desk clerk everyone has been very nice and I really like the casino lay out, so just be happy and take what you were given. Since I'm near Mlife and the house phone I call again. I'm offered a room in the Spa tower for $30/night or a 27th floor in the main tower for $60. I take the main tower for $60. Woo hoo. The best part is after answering some security questions she was able to switch my keys to the new room without having to go back to the desk. Now that's impressive. She asks if I need my stuff moved, I told her I had not been to the first room. I gamble my way to the elevators an stop at the store to pick up overpriced diet coke and water. Call to get the luggage delivered and checked out the view. Outstanding!!! This really is impressive. Not only the fountains but the whole view from that angle. I'm directly across from Paris and can see the mountains beyond the Flamingo. The only minor problem is the sound from the fountains when they do a big blast. Easy to get used to so after a few hours it didn't bother me at all. The luggage was delivered quickly. I found during this entire visit that everything is fast here. Probably because it is a slow time. I get cleaned up and head for bed a little after 10. Since it is after 1 my time I'm impressed that I was awake that long.

Good start for your first trip report!

If you ever fly SW again, just ring the bell and ask them to bring you another drink.

7/1 Monday I didn't sleep well for some reason, up every 2 hours. Finally got out of bed at 4:30. Sat looking out the window hoping to feel tired enough to go back to bed but after an hour gave up and got ready. I had a plan to do my free MyVegas lunch buffet at 11 so decided to skip breakfast. I had brought some granola bars, that was enough. Found some new slots to try out. There were two new Wizard of Oz machines, one sucked the other, Haunted Forrest I think, was fairly fun. I usually play max and got some decent pay outs on that. Winged Money bonus can trigger without a 3 symbol bonus round which is nice. They had Family Guy which was OK, but sort of bored me. I didn't like Pawn Stars and no interest in the new Superman, too many lines. Other than top dollar, my other favorite is pinball. I could not find any $1 pinball machines. I did play a $5 but after almost $200 and no bonus I didn't try it again. I did find some multi play 25 cent pinball but I don't like the payouts and I don't like having to do math to figure out what I won. I'd rather stick to dollars and pennies. I enjoyed the megabucks sapphire machines, airplane (always a classic), various top dollar, sex and the city and the hangover. I don't know what it is about STC, but I always play stupid on that machine. I do max but don't stop when I normally do. I have no idea why I lose my common sense on that machine. Maybe it is because on a $6 bet when I've gotten a good bonus it is usually between $300-$500. A few hours of playing and I head for the Mlife desk and turn in my gold for platinum. Mission accomplished.

Get to the buffet a little after 11 and it is already packed. I go thru the fast lane and get seated in just a few minutes. I don't even sit down and start the food fest. I heard nothing but raves about this buffet. I have a shellfish allergy and see everyone coming back with plates full of shrimp. I go past the salad bar. Not much I cannot get anywhere else. I head for meats and don't see anything that looks good. Wait, where is the fabulous food I keep hearing about? I get some roast chicken, mashed potatoes, spinach and carrots. Where's the prime rib? Where's the ham? Where's the pork? There was another carving station, cannot remember what it was, but it didn't appeal to me. I get some pizza and pass on all the breakfast food. It took up two whole areas along with an omelette station. Checked out the Asian areas but almost everything had shellfish or tofu in it. Where's the pork? I pick up some salmon. Found a cheese and lunchmeat area. I would normally not bother, but I was so underwhelmed with everything else I had to find something to fill me up. A few cheeses and some salami. I found a quinoa salad there too. I get back from the buffet and find a couple at my table. Great. Now while my food is getting colder I have to go back to the hostess and get another table. They seat me a few tables away and then the couple realize they were in the wrong spot and move. Too late. The only good things on the plate were the veggies. I was really surprised. The chicken had no flavor, the salmon was dry and overcooked. The pizza was okay for being cold. I was so disappointed but since I didn't pay for it I cannot complain too much. Lesson learned.

Went in search for some quick cocktail service to make up for the bad lunch. I take a seat at the Clue machine as it is near the CW area. That is another machine I loose too much on as I find it fun. I especially like when you make an accusation and choose yourself. I guess you have to be there. Enough booze that I'm feeling better. Head for the crap table and pull $500 from my LOC. I like to keep my table games on my LOC to better keep my win/loss calculations separate. Played pass line, double odds, 2-3 come bets with odds. Could never a roll good enough or enough money to up my bets. I could hear the other table yelling and tried to get our table riled up to do some hollering. Except for a few, they were a bunch of duds. I did get the dealers having fun. I also was the only one betting for the dealers. A few hard ways here and there and always bet $5 on the line and odds for them when I'm the shooter. Lots bigger players than me but never saw anyone tip, even when coloring up. I thought it was odd for a nicer casino. After a few hours I ended up down about $230. Maybe next time.

It's now 4PM. I have a MyVegas deal for 2 cocktails at Lily with the purchase of an appetizer. I figure that would be my dinner. I go to the room to clean up and plan to go down around 6 for my drinks. Once up there I start feeling super tired. The jet lag? The arthritis? The old age? Whatever it is, don't fight it. I check out room service and decided to call it a day. I was up a little over 1K on Sunday which dwindled to $700 today so not going back down might be a good decision. I order from the "Spring special" room service menu. Asian BBQ ribs, side of truffle mac and cheese. They say it will be 20 minutes, it is there in less than 15. Impressive. Again, I'm sorely disappointed in the food. This dinner was $50. The ribs were good but tasted very much like what I get from the local China Wok delivery. The mac and cheese did have small pieces of truffle but there was no "sauce" It seemed like just pasta, butter and a shaved truffle. I was expecting a thick, yummy sauce. The best part was the bread basket. Very similar to the one at Mirage. Two large cheese crisps, 2 pretzel rolls, 1 Italian roll and one cranberry multigrain roll. I ate the cheese crisps and saved the rest for breakfast on Tuesday.

I watched the fountains for a while and was in bed by 8 or 9. Couldn't understand why I was so tired. As I was falling asleep I was slightly depressing realizing I'm not young anymore and can't keep up. Woke up about 2 AM with a horrible sore throat. It hurt so bad to swallow I had difficulty taking advil. Damn that sneezing hippy. At least it's not all old age, it's germs. I go back to bed and try to sleep. I'm tossing and turning for a while between the throat and now stuffy nose. Damn it!

7/2 Tues Got out of bed about 5. Terrible headache, sore throat, cannot breathe through my nose, not happy. But I'm in Vegas and my multiple mimosas will be used strictly for medicinal purposes. I have two the Italian and multigrain rolls for breakfast. I throw the 2 small pretzel rolls in my purse for later. I have reservations for another MyVegas perk, High Tea at 1:30 so will need something in between. I head down about 6 and hit the multiplay top dollar machine right near the elevators. It is the $6 two game machine that I really enjoy. If you get the top dollar symbol on game 1, game 2 symbols can double, triple or give you five times the values on your offers. $120 in the machine and not a nibble, so play out the whole 200. Nothing. Machine after machine beats me to a pulp. One issue I have with my solo trips is that I start talking to the machines - out loud. Maybe because there is nobody else to talk to or I forget I'm in public, but I'm sure there are some walking by who think I'm a complete lunatic. They may not be far off, but then again this is the place to be crazy and not stand out. I start yelling "throw me a bone" and "I'm sick, cut me some slack" Those damn machine have no sympathy. All my usual winning machines are being mean to me so I try to change it up. I played an Aladin machine and really enjoyed the moving chair, not much else. I found a hot roll machine where the bonus is like a crap game. My first bonus I sevened out after 3 rolls. The second bonus I got through 23!! It didn't make a dent in my losses so far, but was fun. I found an old Tarzan machine and had that guy swinging wild reels 4 times for a $220 win. Not spectacular but for $1.50 bet it was thrilling.

Got a bit bored and still had a few hours before tea. Walked through the gardens and took a few pictures. So far on this trip I found most of the people I encountered were friendly and fun. What I was met with in the garden was shocking. People were bumping into me when I was standing still, walking directly in front of my camera as I was taking pictures and generally being rude. Is it because most of them are probably not gamblers? I think most of us are of the same ilk. We are there to have fun, try not to get into anyone's way and very respectful. There were mainly tourist types, shoving and shouting. I saw tons of kids in the hotel, but mainly on the walkways which I avoid by walking though the machines to get from A to B. Here they were in full force screaming, running and crying. Again my issue of talking out loud started. Some day I'm going to get punched in the nose. I was standing still looking at a snail made of flowers. The woman walks quickly toward me and sort of shoved me out of the way to take a picture. I say out loud "pardon me for standing exactly where you wanted to be, please allow me to move out of your way." She didn't even blink. I figured she must be foreign, doesn't understand English or manners. Then I hear her yell at her friend. Ok, just rude. Moving on. The kids and noise got to me so I took refuse in the jewelry store. Nothing will calm me down faster than diamonds. Took a while in there being followed around by a nice looking gentlemen wearing black gloves. One ring caught my fancy. I tried it on and it fit. I hate it when that happens. I inquired as to the price. $2500 including tax after my platinum discount. Much more than I would pay at my local jeweler but it's a keepsake right? After the morning I had I decided to pass and hope for enough profit to buy it later. It's now noon so I have an hour and a half until tea. Scoped out BJ tables, but nothing spoke to me. Dropped some more in the machines with bad luck until another megabucks. Hit one of the progressives for a little over $150. Moved to a WOF for a quarter, 9 lines. I wouldn't normally play it but was wasting time. Hit spin for 750, so things are looking up.

Had planned to upgrade my tea experience to the sparking for an extra $13 but since I was feeling poorly stuck to the tea. This was the highlight of my trip food wise. You have a choice of 4 sandwiches served with warm, freshly baked cranberry scones and three desserts. The scones were the best I've had since I was in London. They serve butter, jams and my favorite, devonshire cream. Yummy. I ate one scone and planned to take the other with me but I realized it wouldn't taste as good cold so devoured it. I had the ham and gruyere, salmon with caviar, cucumber mint and chicken waldorf sandwiches. The tea felt wonderful on my throat and opened my sinuses slightly. I was stuffed and could not even attempt the desserts so she boxed them up for me. A fresh fruit tart, key lime tart and tiramisu mousse in a chocolate cup. It is surprising quiet there and very relaxing. I would pay for this without question. I noticed it disappeared from MyVegas soon after I purchased it. I don't know if was too popular or if nobody was buy it. Great deal though.

Went up to the room to rest a but and drop off the desserts. Still feeling horrible and tried to rest. No such luck. Did some math and found I'm still up slightly. It's the last night, need to power through the cold and get back down to the casino. I know I have a fever and feel guilty about touching the machines but cannot do anything about it. I'm in Vegas and I must do what is required. As soon as I pass the craps tables the dealers are calling me over. They always remember tippers and want you to play again. I pull out the measly chips from the night before and get beaten up again. It was an interesting table. I stayed just for the entertainment value. One guy is playing the dark side on his own roll, another is some sort of psychic who doesn't play for a while then drops -about $300-$500 on don't pass, wins and walks away. One guy next to me is trying to play the fire bet and the dealers say they don't know about it and you cannot play that here. Okay. I was thinking he must be a VMB person but never said a word. Since when am I shy? Must be the germs. I leave down even more. I go to the cage and cash in those bad luck chips. I pay off my marker while I have the cash and have a snack. I return later with fresh money but no fresh luck. This is a dime table and there some guy at the other end playing purple and yellow - two and three at a time buying numbers. When the dice came to me I really started sweating. I know it's his money but I felt responsible. I made one pass and then sevened out on the third roll. I almost needed a shower. I played for the dealers again but they only won one pass line 7 so when I colored up I threw them 10. Again I only saw one person throw them a red when coloring up. Too bad.

Thought about the free cocktail at Lily but not in the mood. It was free so if I don't go, no harm done. Stopped at the Mlife desk and converted my point play to ECs. Rather have a free meal then free spin.

Had to pack so got back up to the room a bit after 9. Was being picked up at 9:15AM tomorrow. Checked my bill on the TV, they didn't charge me the $60 up charge. Maybe since I turned platinum? She forgot? Who cares, it is a big win. Counted on my fingers and toes. Down $123. It isn't gonna buy me that ring or a ticket on a real airline but it's outstanding over my usual 2K loss. Packed up, watched the fountains for a while, took drugs and tried to sleep. Ready to go home so I can use real Kleenex.

7/3 Weds Up at 5. Called down and got my ECs applied to my bill so I can do express check out. Took my time getting ready and last minute packing. Called bell desk at 7:30 to check my bags as I don't leave until 9:15. He was there in 10 minutes. Impressive again. Sent a few emails and went down to wonder around until I leave.

I didn't mention it before, but my MOD at the slots are to put $200 in a machine. Set a win and loss number in my head. If I'm up over $200 or get a good bonus I cash out, fold that ticket in half and put it in the outside zipper pocket in my purse. I never add them up, it's a surprise when I redeem that all at once. If I get to say, 120 with no big wins I take that ticket to the next machine and try to get it up over $200 again or just play it out. It's just my system. I go to the next machine and start again with a fresh 200 cash. At the time I got the casino I was down $123. I put $1200 in cash in my pocket and planned on 6 "sessions" by 8:50 I was out of cash. My only big loss was that damn STC machine. I need to swear off those. Can I request they be removed from any casino I visit? I cash out my 6 tickets for a total of $1,311. So final tally is a loss of $12. I can handle that. I check out with a bill of $21.10. I'm feeling good about this trip.

Head to print out my boarding pass and head to the bell desk. She tells me my stuff is at the outside desk. Outside? You mean where it is over 100 degrees? Really? It's 9AM. Dmitry is scheduled to arrive at 9:15, I'm sure he'll be early. I get my luggage and spot a presidential limo. Walk over to it, nope someone else. Damn. But, Vegas always delivers. While standing in the heat I get to watch some Princess from the Middle East and her entourage pack about 20 boxes with her name and address into a limo van along with about 6 pieces of luggage. They had these boxes on dollies not far from where I was standing. At one point they took one of the heaver boxes off the top and the dolly tips over and starts spilling boxes in my direction. I had a momentary dream of being paid handsomely by the princess for my injuries sustain by boxes of hermes bags crushing me. But they didn't go far enough. Damn. Right at 9:15 Dmitry pulls up all smiles. We head for the airport me giving him the trip highlights and he discussing the local events. He is a former cirque performer so had an interesting perspective on the tragic death on Sunday. He drops me off, gives me his card and asks about my next trip. Not sure when that will be but I promise to request him as my driver.

At the airport early for my flight and the security lines are super short. Now I have too much time. Who knew Wendy's served breakfast? Only in Vegas. It wasn't bad but their potato wedges are a bit odd. I get on the plane and actually score a bulkhead seat on the aisle? Now that is lucky. There was a man and his daughter in the window and middle, maybe everyone before me were couples. I have to stow everything for take off which sucks, but hey, there's leg room. But, wait, things don't work this well for me. Not without a fight (like the 3 tries to get a fountain view room). Here's the catch - no tray. Not in the arm rest, not even one of those little kid type ones they attach to the seat. Say what? I have to hold my iPad in my lap attached to my Bose headset with the long wire, to watch my movie while juggling my drink and trying somehow to eat my peanuts without spilling everything on these very expensive electronics? Oh hell no. At least they came by twice for drinks.

I feel like shit. My throat is dry, I'm trying no to breathe or sneeze on anyone (unlike the germy hippie), and it is difficult to get up and get my stuff every time I want something from my bag. Using the front bathroom on these planes is something you have to choreograph. You aren't allowed to stand in line so you have to dash down the aisle before someone else. I was excited on the bulkhead, I can always be first. Another catch. I get back to my seat and cannot get their cheap ass seat belt to loosen up so I can put it back on. I swear I was fighting with this thing for at least 10 minutes. I even tried to buckle it without adjusting and it wouldn't work. The gentleman next to me was asleep so I didn't want to pull to hard on it. Uh oh, here I go again. I say out loud "OMG everything on this plane is a piece of shit. I wouldn't fly SW again if you paid me." I don't think anyone heard me. After I said it I worried an air marshal would throw me off mid air. I was popping mints every 5 minutes to keep from coughing. I ran out about 20 minutes before we landed.

After another 4.5 hour flight that felt like 10. I almost kissed the ground when we arrived. My bag was the last off the plane. I know it was because I arrived early and it was one of the first on the plane but at the time I was thinking they did it on purpose to spite me. Luckily I use a town car service locally and they are always ready with a cool car and cold water. I apologized to the driver for the my sweaty shirt with OJ stains and my matted hair from the headphones with my stuffed up nasal voice and take what seems a really long ride home.

On a whole it was a very good trip. I would go back to Bellagio in a heartbeat, if I get a good offer. I will continue to use Presidential, especially if I can get Dmitry as my driver. I will drive the 4 days to Vegas rather than fly Southwest again.

I have a bunch of pictures that I can add if I ever download them to the PC and figure out how to add them.

I know I'm not a clever writer but I always enjoyed reading any trip report and learned so much from them. I was just hoping someone can glean something from my experience they can use on theirs.

    Until next time.....:wave2:

Wow... you shared an awful lot... Thank You! You seem to allow a lot of what I'd consider to be "meaningless shit" bother you, but overall looks like you made the best of things and had a decent trip. Congrats!

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your trip. Really too bad about getting sick, but at least the gambling was good to you.

Definitely enjoyed all of the details.

I can see why you travel solo.

Wow didn't realize it would be taken so negatively. I had a great time with a few bumps. So there are two lessons from this trip, I will stick with Delta and not post trip reports.

    Nice trip report.
You took the time to write it. I took the time to read it.
Things that some people don't understand is time and effort went into what they just comented about.
Thanks for sharing your time in vegas.
    Hope your feeling better.

Just read up on your trip, enjoyed the report. Yep, SWA seems to have shrinking passenger room as they cram more seats into their planes. I noticed it primarily in leg room for me. On short hauls, I still fly on their older planes and there is just more room on them and it's more comfortable. That would effect my choice on long hauls too.

I don't usually stay at MGM places so interesting on the comps and the conversion. I guess since I'm established elsewhere I probably won't give em a try as i've cut my trips down.

A near break even trip sounds awesome.

I thoroughly enjoyed your report and appreciate you taking the time to write it. I have sat next to your sneezy hippie lady except she was a big smelly guy spewing lord knows what, but I ended up sick as a dog. It about killed my trip, and I will always hate him :grrr:

I also did the Bellagio Tea on MyVegas and I was surprised that I loved it enough to actually pay for it next time! I also lose my mind when playing SaTC and should not be allowed to play it ever.

Nice that you came home even!

Great report - I like hearing a solo female traveller's point of view. Hope you feel better, and get back to Vegas soon and win those diamonds!

    Great Trip Report

I believe it would be a tragedy if you stopped writing trip reports. You reflected how you felt and your perceptions of what was transpiring. The quality of the report was outstanding. After reading the report I came away with the feeling you were a very sharp and classy woman.Bravo Zulu {Well done) !!!!!!!!!

I concur. Please keep the TRs coming in future. Many people enjoy reading others opinions so they have a few points of comparison.

I echo that -- Loved your detailed TR. Thanks for taking the time to share it with us. We were there the same days you were, and I need to get something down at some point, too, but it won't be as good as yours. Hope you feel better soon! Cheers!

I enjoyed your report....it sucks you were not feeling that well and the bad food, but at least you were basically even for the gambling

if it ever happens we are there the same time I would gladly escort you to the gardens as I enjoy that stuff and I am not a huge guy, but when people bump into me I tend to bump back and it does not work out well for them....and somehow they usually seem to get this so people don't bump into me too much :evillaugh
