    My Trip Report

We're having a great time in Las Vegas. Started the Cinco de Mayo celebration last night with dinner at T&T. Yesterday was our anniversary: 28 years! I think this means we are officially 'mature' ;)
The celebration continues tonight with VIP tickets and a table for the Santana concert.
    Cheers!

This is only slightly related, but coming back from church this morning we stopped for Mexican at a mom and pop place, totally forgetting that it was Cinco De Mayo. It was a good time.

I am also in LV, downtown. Lots of festivities and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. I wrote a detailed evaluation of downtown for the thread but it disappeared and I coundn't retrieve it anywhere so I am limiting myself to shorter posts til I get home...it's tough to write anything a second time!

    Happy anniversary, you kids!

Growing older is compulsory, maturity is optional.:wink

Wait, your in LV for Cinco de Mayo? Isn't it a requirement for everyone in our area to eat at Pappasitos for th 5th? ;) Back when they used to do their Cinco de Mayo specials all week we would hit it like 2 or 3 times.

Congrats on your Anniversary and having fun in Vegas! That's where we prefer to spend ours to!

Oh thank goodness I didn't have to eat at Pappasitos on the 5th. :) instead we saw a great concert at House of Blues. Santana was amazing.

You're too kind ;). It doesn't seem possible that many years have passed.

Thank you all for the anniversary wishes.

Tomorrow we fly home to Houston, where our pups have been enjoying their Sleep-Away Camp while we enjoyed Vegas.

We were there too! I was leaning on the railings. We asked about chairs and they said $75.00 a chair. We stood and danced.

    Happy Anniversary.

Thank you :). Were you all on the left or right side (as you walk in facing the stage)? Our table was on the left part of the center group of tables near the mix booth.

We may have seen each other without realizing it ;)
