Transporting large group around town

Thinking of best way to transport 9 adults & 6 kids under 11 from Bally's to Downtown and/or outside of casino/hotel areas for dining. No one wants to drive and I wasn't sure how much it would cost to pay pp for bus as opposed to limo type service.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Need more info. How many days? Are you staying on strip or off?

 

Bally's, four nights/days.

 

Deuce bus, 3-day pass $20 pp, runs 24 hours. $300 total OR

you might be able to get away with 2 24-hour passes ($8) pp and save $60. ($240 total). The trick there is to get the passes when you first need them and not before.

If you know you are walking semi-close by, no need for a pass. Wanna go downtown a certain day? Get the pass right then when you are actually ready to leave.

Note: 2-hour pass is $6 but is essentially worthless.

 

15 people at once.... those buses are often full, so getting that many onboard at once could be difficult.

I would surely consider eating where you could walk vs dealing with transport. I wonder how much it costs to get a larger shuttle?

 

I was thinking it might be difficult getting that many people on a bus at one time. I've been also looking at van service but seems to be $85 each way.

Huh boy, I might have to reconsider driving! Eeek!

 

Noticed that AVIS rents 12 passenger vans.

Another question - will EVERYONE want to go to the same place at the same time? Or will some want to do their own thing?
