This may be a stupid question, but...... When I am in Vegas staying at Paris if I play at other CET properties will the play be considered when checking for comps at check out? Or does the play need to be at the casino/hotel I am staying?

This is new to me, as I only play at a local CET property (Cherokee).

The comps you earn at any CET casino can be used upon check out. But, the play at the hotel / casino where you stay will help determine your future offers at that particular place. If you find games you like or do better at another one...the offers you receive from them may be better.

I agree that points you earn at any CET property are good towards your stay, food, etc. at any CET property, but I have not found the second half of your statement to be the case. At least not for us. We always stay at Flamingo, play mostly at Flamingo, but comp offers that I get are the same accross properties in general. When I get an offer for free play, f&b or pretty much anything else, it can be used during a stay at any CET property. That is just my experience, I guess.

I played at Rio when I earned many of my points and all the points I earned on my daughters friends cards. My comps and their's where for all the casino's. We booked Caesars. The highier your ADT well determin what casino's you are eligible for, not where you play.

That might be MGM policy but not CET.

    Thanks

Thank you all for the information. I just did not want to feel like I had to gamble at Paris the whole time.

Your reward credits are based on your play at all CET props, but if you ask for more from a host, they look at what you played at that property only. Thats what I was told from a host on duty at Caesars.

Of course your host wants you to stay and play at their properties, but any play at a CET property counts.
Think of playing where you're staying and where your host is, as essentially earning "brownie points," because their job is to get you in THEIR door to play, not someone else's door.
