Was just reading about these two machines on Vegas chatter the other day, both look fairly interesting to me.

The Nascar one comes in a variety of styles and it sounds like one set will be hooked up with 7-8 machines for a big event type gameplay. You choose your driver and when it hits bonus they race around the track to see who wins. SHould be interesting, even though I am not much of a Nascar fan.

Pawn stars looks fairly similar to alot of machines out now but has 2-3 bonuses where you go in and barter with the guys at the pawn shop when selling items. ALso has a full wheel above it that spins on certain bonuses.

Both machines are produced by Ballys as well.

Boulder Station has the Cheers slot machines. They're back by the buffet. You'd run into them if you go to the buffet from the main casino area..

I played Cheers at Venetian last month, and I am pretty sure I also played Pawn Stars there (I don't watch the show so it didn't make an impression). I played lots of new games between Venetian and Palazzo. I really liked the Beverly Hillbillies and Aruze had 2 new ones that I had a blast with - D'Artagnian and Aladdin (not the WMS game with the moving chair). They also had Kiss and a few other new ones that slip my mind now.

There is a new Wizard of Oz that is just starting to show up, and it looks amazing. I hope it makes it to Vegas before my March trip!

"The Game of Life' (like the board game) was pretty good as I tried it down in Biloxi last weekend.

Pawn Stars is here in Iowa from what I've heard. Haven't been out to the local place lately myself, though.
