When a bad bet goes right

So a friend went to Vegas for the SB and I gave him money to put on the Ravens. He placed the bet incorrectly...and accidentaly put me on the money line instead of with the points.

 

What was the moneyline for the Ravens?

 

I didn't see the ticket, but judging by my payout I think I got +155

 

not bad not bad, nothing like making money betting on the dog

 

I bet the moneyline on them as well (on purpose), it was +165 on the Tues before the game. Normally I'd take the points but since they were only getting 3.5 pts at that time the moneyline looked like a better option. Oh well, be happy and buy him a round of drinks for making that mistake!

 

I also bet them at +160.

 

Well it actually worked out better since I didn't know at the time that I didn't have the points. With the Ravens up 5, I was feeling very good about having 3 1/2 points.
