Right next to MGM is a little store that has cheaper pries than the casino. If you go back towards the sports book and west wing bar and go out the doors there (on left side by bar), right across the street is the store. It has a subway and such inside as well.

I just walk to the CVS by Planet Hollywood or Cosmo. Definitely much cheaper to buy water there!

This is the closest one. Just go out the West Wing Bar entrance, and you would will be looking directly into the back door of the store.

Just any FYI, just about everyone working there has been very rude in my experience of going there over the past 10 years. Also, I believe they sneak in a credit card surcharge if you don't spend enough (I question the legality of this, but would have to look into it). I generally only go there if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to get to the aforementioned ABC store -- or if I'm hungover and just need to pick up a few things really quickly.

There's also a Whole Foods a short drive to the south on LV Blvd, on the west side of the street in a shopping center.

Not sure what else you are looking to but if just water - - very available if you are playing. Some people just re-use their bottles and fill them as they need them. Drinking water in Vegas is fine.

They also sell bottles for $1 along the street. I always wonder about those vendors, but everyone we bought had sealed bottles.

Assuming you are walking, go to either the CVS on Las Vegas Blvd or the ABC store in the Miracle Mile Shops. I usually buy my water in either 1 or 3 gallon containers and use those to keep my water bottles topped off (you can usually get water bottles on the plane, in the hotel, or from a CW in the casino). Do NOT buy water from the vendors on the bridges, as there was a recent expose showing that some of them were refilling bottles they had found using tap water. Not worth the risk.
