What is the best cracker thin crust pizza in LV?

It does not have to be on The Strip.

I am thinking like Domino's thin crust. My favorite pizza. No edges.
That type of pizza. It does not necessarily have to be cracker thin. If
anyone has had Round Table pizza, that thin is what I am thinking.



I know a lot of people are going to suggest Grimaldi's. Had it and it was not my thing.

 

Give Pop Up Pizza at the Plaza a try. It's thin and crispy... What I'd call "Boston style".

 

I am absolutely going to try that. The reviews all over are amazing.

I have seen pictures, and it looks like a little more crust than I like though it might fit the bill.

 

Depends I guess on what you had for toppings. I tried both Due Forni in Summerlin and Settebello in Henderson, both rated as being REALLLLLY good but neither did anything for me.

My next up coming trip I'm going to try Dom DeMarcos

 

Allegro at Wynn had great pizza, it was very similar to what I enjoyed in Italy.



I tried Pop Up a couple weeks ago and I didnt get the super crisp crust everyone talks about. I prefer Secret pizza.

Off-strip, I like Custom Built. It's better than Due Forni and a heck of a lot cheaper.

That Secret pizza looks like it what I would like.
Now if I can just find it.

 

I am a fan of Secret Pizza but not Dominos thin crust pizza. Secret Pizza is good but still has a thin crust to it, maybe more than you're looking for. The only place that I've tried that comes close to dominos is Pizza Huts version. Probably not what you're looking for either.

 

Wow.....some great looking pizza. Now I'm hungry AND have some new places I want to try.

 

Max Brenner at the Forum Shops had a very thin cracker like crust. Good pizza too but they don't have a huge selection of toppings. They had the basics though.
