I just came from Excalibur and can't find any DDB except 7/5. I checked every machine. LVA claims they have 9/6 and I've always played it there. Does anyone know something I don't?

Last time I was there they had about 10 $1 9-6 DDB machines over by a bar. Older machines. I didn't check this trip, though, but I've definitely played them more than once. I've never heard of 7-5 DDB unless you're playing nickels...8-5 is the standard quarter game in town that pays about 97%. 7-5...maybe in the airport. You can get 9-5 most strip places if you play $1 but not less. Are you sure you had the right game?

You should be using vpfree2.com, not LVA:

From vpfree2.com's entry on Excalibur for DDB:
    (5) 25¢ 1 Play Prog Slant 2nd row in front of box office
    (16) 25¢, 50¢, $1 1 Play Slant in two banks near escalator down to lower level
    (5) $1 1 Play Prog Slant 2nd row in front of box office
    (3) $2 1 Play Slant high limit room
    (4) $5 1 Play Slant high limit room

They were definitely all 7/5 $0.25 DDB. I've been playing VP for a long time and always at Excalibur on each trip. I tried using the vpfree2 site but the places they listed didnt have 9/6. They were all 7/5.

Well you can get 8-5 quarters Monte Carlo and Paris -- I played them both on bartops. 7-5 is horrible!

    Congrats on your wedding!

One thing I have learned about VP is that you can't get too comfortable with machines being there the next time I visit. I like to check the comments on vpfree2 to see what the latest is.

Machines are constantly being moved or completely MIA. (Missing In Action)
For a short while, Excalibur had 5c DB or DDB near the Sherwood Forest Bar or something like that. Next visit they were gone.
