Just got back and wanted to give my two cents on deals. I'm not so good on trip reports so this'll be in a list form....

-Margaritaville Casino in Flamingo has a free t-shirt with 25 points of play. You can also use that as your Vegas checkpoint for the Great Race. There's a guy at the door swiping cards.

-I had my buddy post the Flamingo and Casino Royale funbooks HERE and HERE
I'll have him post Riviera up soon. It's a $25 and $10 matchplay and a free bingo card, plus the usual 10% off at the stores.

-Binion's downtown has a nice spin promotion where folks seemed to be winning $25 in free play quite a bit. The wife did it and turned it into $80 on VP.
-50 cent Hamm's, $1 drafts at the Las Vegas Club, but as folks have talked about before, there's alot of folks hitting you up for change there.
-Big Elvis is now at Harrah's, but the Blues Brothers act at Bill's is pretty strong. As always Bill's has cheap drinks. Think it's dollar margaritas and Miller High Lifes now.
-Guy outside Casino Royale giving you a free slot spin will atleast give you a buy one get one dollar drink.
-Slots of Fun advertising dollar this and that, but it's all the machines. Still no live games there.

No craps at Slots of Fun??

Did they get rid of the craps table at slots of fun?? It was the best craps table in Vegas! One time I totally missed the table and the dice went all the way to LV BLVD. Best throw ever

Yep, it's gone. The wife played the new computerized craps game and had a pretty good time for a half hour or so, but it's far from the real thing.

Slots is also one of the places with the new Greyhound racing games that are a throwback to the Sigma Derby. I had fun sticking $5 in it to watch a few races, but wasn't that impressed.

Thanks, for the info, I just loved the OLD Barbary...
I am sad that Big Elvis moved but will check it out next time.
Was Bill's very busy, it was only busy last year on the weekends during football season.

Of all the casinos I have gambled in, Bills is my favorite. CW's are awesome and the drinks aren't watered down.

I like Bill's, too. Good place to kick back with some penny slots and kill a few hours. BUT... their upscale steak restaurant was a major disappointment. It was nice, all red with white tablecloths, excellent service, but the actual food was like something you'd get in a bus station. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was well done, not a hint of pink in it. And it was dry and chewy and full of gristle. By the time I carefully carved out the gristle, half the steak was on my plate. Don't think I'll eat there again.

Do you have to be staying at a CET property to get the funbook or just a Total Rewards member?
