    Hello

I usually play $5 Wheel of Fortune "max bet $10 to qualifies for the spin"
I was getting killed at Revel Last week and lost 2k with no luck. then i went to try the $25 with my remaining $200 "max bet $50 to get the spin bonus" ... I got lucky and got two spins bonus $1500 and $1000 so that made my trip.

I usually do not play $25 slots and was wondering ... the success stories and the losses of people playing Wheel of Fortune $25 max $50 a spin

    Share if u care.

Every casino trip I make, I always save around $100 to throw in a $5 Wheel Of Fortune. One trip I was up big so I decided to go to a $25 machine. You only live once, right?

6 spins went pretty fast. Decided it wasn't such a good idea after all!

nice, kidrock! i think i will try that on my trip in august. hopefully i'll win some for my birthday.

and yes, we only live once. but $25 for a pull seems more than a $25 hand at blackjack. -___-

The thing is evoiris, you have two play 2 coins to qualify for the spin bonus.
so that's $50 a pull. do not try it a lot or it will get ugly in a hurry and you could wipe out your bankroll in Minutes.

Just try a couple of pulls. Enjoy ur birthday and hope u win :)

Wow, that was some good luck! Last time I stayed at MGM I put $500 in a $5 WOF machine, never got to spin even once :(

I know, I lost almost 1k without a spin on the $5 WOF then I moved for the first time to $25 WOF and got really really lucky.
I doubt I'll play $25 again ... at $50 a pull ... too much for my blood "maybe just a spin or two" :)

    Good Job!

Nice win! I usually play $1 WOF but have had great luck in the past on the $5 WOF. And the comps came pouring in! I think I played the $25 once or twice but with no luck.

    Thanks mdee
I always Have good luck with the $5 WOF too... but no luck the last trip to Revel ... even thou I won 1K on that same machine $5 couple of month ago. this time I got no spins playing almost 1k there and glad the $25 brought me back and ended up being even after 3 days of Gambling.
I love WOF so I will continue playing them $1 and $5 ... $25 is just too much .... I was hoping to get the $5000 spin or more playing the $25 but happy I broke even. very happy

Comps are always great playing $5 or more slots ... but sometimes after I have a bad trip I wish I just paid for the room etc etc :) gamble with what you can afford and comfortable with!!

    Cheers everyone to having fun!!

Never had luck on Monopoly or WOF at any amount.

This past trip I was up so probably put $200-$400 through the $5 ($10 max ) Top Dollar slot machine and got nothing. Not a single offer.

Now, I did play a $2 machine ($40 max bet) by accident. That one spin fetched me over $400.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a $25 denom Wheel Of Fourtune machine.

Does it have a wide-area progressive like the others?

Isn't there a wide variation? Like $25, $100, $500, $1000 wof slots? I could swear that I saw a $500 machine at Mandalay in with the $1000 double diamond machines.

I have never seen the $500 and $1000 WOF
The High limit area's I been too so far only Had $5, $25 and $100 WOF
They Had $500 and $1000 slots but not WOF

Some of the ones at HL I played are progressive but not sure what wide-area means???

By wide area progressive, I was just wondering if it had million dollar progressive jackpots linked with machines from other casinos.

I know that the $5 WOF and below machines all are, but I really haven't seen these machines larger than $5. Anyway, I was just curious, no big deal.

I guess I just haven't been around enough High Limit rooms to see $25, $100 WOF. In the HL rooms I have visited, $5 was the largest, which isn't exactly all that high I suppose.

If you haven't done so already try running that same amount in a Double 7's Jackpot machine.
The original mechanical 3 Reel WOF used to be my game of choice as if my Avatar didn't give it away.
Anyway I think the $1.00 Double 7's Jackpot ($3 -$5 Max Bet) is my favorite now.

I had good luck with the $10 WOF in the Cosmo. Won almost $400 there. Bad luck at the Aria with $5 WOF. Threw some hundies into the $100 WOF at the Venetian, but it didn't pay.

I watched some one play, and win, on a $100.00 WOF before. He found the best value machine in the high limit room. Red White & Blue 7's. It paid back your bet every time you got nothing on the pay line. So every few spins, it was a push and he still got credit on his players club card. I watched for about 20 spins until he got the spin and it was for over $10K. I left while he was waiting for the hand pay.
