I don't think you are crazy because I basically did the same thing haha.. We appear to be going for the exact same 6 days as well! and probably on the same plane (we connect through toronto). So thats a coincidence! I grabbed treasure island, palazzo, Bellagio (weekend free on myvegas), and the golden nugget. My kid LOVES pools so having all of the different pools is the main reason we are swapping around so much. I almost double booked rooms in one hotel just so we dont have to move around so much but found out that I get free early checkin and late checkout at all of the properties with vip checkin. Sooo.. I cancelled the double booking.

That's a coincidence for sure. I'm flying Swoop, flew with them once in the past and didn't like their check-in process, but flight was decent and it was hard to pass up $250 cdn return haha Although I will be checking a bag so that will go up to $375 total, still a bargain!

We had stayed at the Golden Nugget last summer. Really liked our stay, and I do have comps there again this trip, but I'm going solo so I'm saving that for a trip with the GF. She doesn't have much interest staying at the El Cortez or Golden Gate, so it's my chance to try them out and scratch them off my list.

Haha for sure. The suites at the golden gate are my go-to, but this trip I have to please the wife haha. I am really hoping that there is a good concert April 29 on Fremont. Last year was parmalea. They haven't announced for this year yet. Do you have the 11:30pm return on may2? I grabbed an extra night at the GN to basically just have ultra late check-out hah.

I think Swoop takes off about 445pm on May 2... pretty decent hour, I like the timing. I've done the red-eye many times, the 3.5 hour drive home in the morning after landing in TO is HELL lol

    Golden Nugget April 5-7
    Casears 7-11

Lucky to get everything comped---really nice I can apply my RCs to the resort fees at Caesars when I book now. Only Platinum so that saved me around $170 out of pocket.

    While DT:
    - We each have $40 to use on food at Circa/the D so going to go back to Saginaws I believe one day and Victory Burger another.
    - Think we will finally check out the Neon Museum
    - 100% pool morning/afternoon at GN even if its colder, fuck it.

    Strip:
    - Mult pool days
    - Doing Mad Apple one night
    - Will take an UBER over to Summerlin and catch an Aviators game. Went last year and love it. Better yet, its a promo/giveaway game
    - Watch the Cleveland Guardians home opener (pretty sure Cosmo sportsbook)
-Still trying to decide what to do for Easter brunch/dinner.

Other than that, gamble and booze.

If you're in Vegas over the Easter Holiday and looking for Easter Sunday brunch options, I noticed this on the Wynn website: The brunch is $99.

A Jazzy Way to Celebrate Easter

Our Easter Jazz Brunch offers something for every bunny. Join us at Lakeside on April 9.

OMG the silly puns. Not much more detail on the menu on their site:
Easter Sunday Jazz Brunch at Lakeside
Celebrate the Easter holiday with a sumptuous brunch at Lakeside, complete with live jazz music, a sumptuous seafood buffet, made to order brunch specialties, and a dessert eggs-travaganza!

Limitless selections, prix fixe $99. per person.

    Children five and under, $56.

    Reservations from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hop to it!

For $99 there had better be some good stuffs. Maybe someone can report what's there so the rest of us can decide if its worth a trip. :D

I think the price is such because of the unlimited seafood. Not sure.

Tentatively, evening of Tues, 4/25 til buttcrack of dawn Thurs, 4/27. Hoping to bring girlfriend out for first downtown-centric trip. Will probably:

-dinner with Oscar Goodman at Oscar’s Steakhouse (Plaza)
    -neon museum
    -Container Park

Open to other suggestions about what #BougieRatchet early 40’s folks should do into downtown LV.

I have always wanted to do that brunch. It was every Sunday.
It's moved around for years. At Wynn, then Country Club, then back at Wynn. Then discontinued, then planned for restart, then Covid.

Asked about it last year at Lakeside, and they said they're doing it Mothers Day. (2022) Nice to see it's returning for the holiday.

Can't say it'll be identical for certain, but here's an old YouTube for (possible) reference.

Sadly, won't be intown for that weekend ---- again

I've done it a few times. Relative to what anyone would be paying for Easter Sunday brunch on the strip, especially at Wynn, it's a good "value" and the ambiance can't be beat. Just go hungry.

For at least at a decade, except of course in 2020, my big trip to Vegas was always in April. I love Vegas in April as it is warm but not blistering hot.

This year though my mega trip will be in May, but I will be making a super quick (for me) trip to Vegas from the 14th to the 16th for a Wynncore slot tournament. Hoping to win a nice prize but it would be good to at least win back my buy-in.
