For some reason, my MLIFE tier credits are still showing as a big fat zero even though I have $29,000 coin in (all slot play) over the last two days

I'm MLIFE Platinum; any experts around who could calculate expected tier credits from this level of play?

    Thanks
    Rich

its 1 point every $3 coin in on reel slots and $10 on specialty. 10 TCs per point

So if it was all reel, then you will be just shy of 100k TCS, (29,000/3 * 10)

If it was all specialty you will have 29k TC.

I don't think you get a TC bonus by being platinum, but if you do just multiple by 1.3 (I think plat is 30% bonus)

I believe there's a glitch on Mlife system during their upgrading last week. My points are still flat as well...I'm also platinum and I play here in Midwest so I do earn xpress on tables. I been checking my xpress comps which shows accumulating but not my points and when I try to call Mlife of course there's 10 mins waiting still waiting..so I just hung up. Give those idiots at MGM another week maybe they will get their shit together and fix it. You would think 6 billion dollar revenue company knows how to manage their website.....

Ditto on the tier credits not posting. I'm here currently and I believe the only points that posted to my account were the MJ One tickets that I bought.

Same as I was there for 8 days, and got back yesterday. I got zero credit for my slot play on Aug 1st and 2nd while the systems were down, so I went across the street @ Harrah's and played there. I did notice that I did get some credit at slots on Monday while I was killing excess time because my Delta flight was delayed.

My tier credits moved upwards by about 2K during my stay. Based on my room and food charges, it should have moved up by 37,500 tier credits. I sent an e-mail to MLife and I don't expect a response. I will be calling them later this week. I'll post again if/when my tier credits get posted.

And unrelated, I only got credit for my Hyatt Points on 3 of my 8 paid nights there. So I have to follow up with them as well.

Maybe the MLIfe MasterCard rewards messed it all up

That's right, you get tier bonuses on PointPlay and Express Comps, but not Tier Credits.

I had a stay at Bell during the dreaded System down. I had a bad feeling about that.

Looked at my Tier points...... They are maybe 10% of my average Trip! What the......?

I've contacted 2 hosts to get corrected...... so far, no fix and they are going by Mlife site.

I SHOULD be Plat by now. Instead? I'm still Gold with a long way to go according to
    their system.

I figured it out, by Mlife NEW MATH, I would need 5 more (average) trips before Sept. 30, with
a loss of 17k, to earn Plat. This is what their Tier MISTAKE equates to.

I'm feeling totally ripped off. If Not corrected, and they leave Tier as is?

Am cancelling my next Bell trip, and booking elsewhere. Adios!

Yeah, but this foul-up has created headaches for a lot of us. I couldn't tell if I had renewed my gold level or not, and I have no more trips left during the mLife year. mLife WAS going to be my backup, but now . . . .

I stayed at Mirage during the recent system upgrade and it was a bummer that I couldn't track points or use FP during most of our stay but it looks like all my points were recorded. I checked my Tier Credits today and they are updated and appear correct based on my play - the FP, Xpress comps, and HGS all look correct as well. ( I did a screenshot of my TC's, etc just before checkin so I knew my exact starting numbers). So next trip I will be grabbing that FP and burning through it pronto!

Hope everyone's accounts get updated accurately! Mlife sure needs to improve IT protocol - no excuse for such a long drawn out process.

When did you get in? I have checked every day and am still getting the error "Due to a System error, we can't process your request at this time. Please try again later."

I have cleared my browser cache and still nothing/

It was about 3:15pm CST according to my screenshot I did today. I was able to navigate the entire site.
Sorry to hear still having issues.

I think now MGM got their shit together and it's showing correct tier points... I really don't care about my tier points.. I would like make it to Noir level but it's invite only I'm going towards to 1 million points ...longest my express comps keep accumulating (local MGM casino table games) I don't care

When I was at the MLife desk yesterday the lady mentioned it could be a couple of more days for balances to be accurate.

Just an observation: MLife seems to have been down more than up this year-the explanation is always "system upgrades." Last month I couldn't access my account for three weeks and that's what they said. Earlier this year, same thing. We're still Platinum, but so generally disgusted with them we won't be for much longer. Tired of MGM cost cutting.

Sorry, didn't know you worked for MLife. I said 'seems' and was trying for sarcasm. I obviously missed you entirely and will just have to suffer your nasty rebuke.

You obviously think a more than five week service lapse is tolerable in the first eight months of the year. I do not. White Knight MGM all you want. Go for it.
