We will be staying at Mandalay Bay May 29 before moving to PH May 30- June 4.

There is a Bellagio buffet reward we want to get for lunch, but there is a blackout date for MDW. Are we able to go to the mlife desk at MB on Sunday while we are there and hotel guests to get the reward and use it on Tuesday?

No. It is my understanding you must use the reward the day that it is loaded to the card or it will expire.

I was told you can use a reward 24 hours before or after your stay as well.

Does anyone know if it's "that day" or 24 hours? I'm staying at the Mirage through Thursday night and checking into CP Friday. If I exchange the voucher (right now looking at BOGO entrees at Double Barrel) late Thursday night and can I then redeem at some point on Friday, technically after my Mirage stay has ended and the next day?

The policy seems to change between, and even within, properties so your best bet is to just go and ask them. That said, BOGO entrees at DB doesn't require a stay so you're good to go either way.
