Guys Trip 4/25-4/30. Trying Live

Finally on my way to Vegas. I have a 5 day trip planned. We leave this morning, 4/25, and come home on Saturday, 4/30. This is a guy's trip. Me(Rob) and my good buddy (Bob). We are staying at the Flamingo in a 2Q Studio. It's a comp for 4 nights and paying a discount for the 5th. We took it because of the square footage is 550 compared to 350 on most other offers.

We fly out on American to Dallas, first class. Three hour layover then our flight to Vegas, first class. My buddy is a world traveler and he paid for the flights with miles. The first class upgrade was just a perk they gave him. Score for the free booze!!!

We are mainly low rollers, $1500 bank rolls or close to it. We plan to relax, drink, smoke cigars, gamble, drink, watch some games in the sports books, drink, cigars, WhiteCastle and drink. Maybe some pool time as well.

I am going to try to do some live updating and write a more complete report after I get back. First time doing a live report and my first trip report overall. Hopefully everyone can enjoy it as much as I enjoy all the reports here. Thanks for reading.

Landed in Dallas about an hour early. My buddy tried to change us to an earlier flight. No deal. Oh well, 3+ hours layover. Time for the first beer of the trip. Goose Island IPA. Not bad.

Sounds like you will have a great time. Keep us posted. Great for having such a great friend, who hooked you up in first class. Very cool!! You will love the Flamingo pool. A hidden treasure for that hotel. I am staying in Bally's on my trip next week. But coming back in August, and staying in the Flamingo as well, since I am bringing my fiancee and her 9 year old son with me. He will love the Flamingo pool. Safe flight and kick some ass!!
