Just checking on my weekend trip and see that when you log-in to B Connected, it shows Social point totals, but no longer gives you a history of Card Score and when they are expiring.

It was a handy feature to figure out how to maintain card status and see when your next points were going to expire.

That's a bummer. I used that graph all the time. It was great for seeing daily totals too. When we played at Suncoast, I used to check the totals every morning. It saved having to keep track of points while gambling. As you said Joe, it was good to know when points were expiring too. We would always make a point of visiting when we had a large amount about to fall off.

I wonder why they got rid of it? It was a great feature for players.

They also removed the reservations icon at the top right of the screen.
Loved clicking that to see my next trip. Oh well. :rolleyes2:

    Thanks for that.
Did love to use the shortcut icon of a bed though, for my future reservations.

Why did they do that? I'm mad. That was the best feature.

That sucks. I just sent an email to the Orleans mentioning that me and a few other loyal customers will miss that feature.

I still see my card score. You just have to click on that area now.

Wrote an email to GM this morning complaining about the feature being gone, but as most of us know, it now must be processed through IT and, oh never mind. Don't get me started.

They have been having issues with the site since they changed the reservation system. There is no longer a viewable calendar and the sign in with Facebook I c on is missing

    I resent that comment, haha.
being I work/ed in the CORPIT dept, I can tell you, what youre requesting is NOT handled by IT, but most likely by a UE/UX team, or possibly even SysEng.
it almost makes me wonder if Boyd actuslly doesn't evan have anything to do with the website, but is handled by an outside company.

I agree though, the changed they made suck all around.
