What table game is your favorite to use a matchplay coupon?

Do they allow that? Secondly, if you get the free splits/doubles, do they pay the match on all bets or just your initial bet?

As far as I understand and someone correct me if i am wrong but, match play is for table games, and free play is for the slots... With the goal of both being to turn it into cash, their are a few "loopholes" that help you do this more efficient than just betting it and hoping you win.

Depends on the casino, but usually with match play, where you are wagering an equal amount of your own money, any payout in excess of even money is only paid on your actual wager and not the match play. But some casinos could conceivably pay on the entire amount if they are generous with their match play coupons.

A simple example: You have a $5 match play coupon. You bet the coupon along with your $5 match of real money, for a total of $10 on one hand of blackjack. The dealer gives you a black jack. Instead of getting paid $15 like you normally would when betting $10, you get paid $12.50. $5, even money for the coupon, and $7.50, 3 to 2 for your $5 bet.

Or in Free Bet blackjack betting $5 match play coupon and $5 real money for $10 total, you get dealt an 11, you get a "free" double down and win. You get paid $15, $5 for the coupon, $5 for the real money, and $5 for "free" the double down of your real money bet only.

At the Golden Gate they would not let me use a match play at Free Bet Blackjack. They told me to go to a "regular" blackjack game.

Pass line or come bet for me. Just need to remember to print mine out, last time at The D the players club wouldn't print it out for me. I don't get snail mail, email only. Annoying.

You can find Slot Matchplay more and more (LVA Orleans, Goldcoast, Mardi Gras). You coin in 10$ and then get 10$ Slotplay.
