I want to say I've heard of the electronic baccarat at MGM is dealt using live dealers and you watch from a screen or something and make bets that way?? Can someone confirm or give me more information about it? What are the limits on those machines?

    Thanks for any help

You're thinking of the one at Palazzo. The MGM one has no dealers - it's fully electronic. The primary difference this makes to you is that at Palazzo you will get no w2g's regardless of how much you win, while at MGM you will get a handpay and w2g for every winning bet of $600 or over because it counts the return of your bet as part of your "win". The limit at MGM is $5-$3,000. Limit at Palazzo is $5-$50,000, though someone else says they have seem the max on it as high as $1.2 million.

The one at Palazzo is what I'm talking about. I think it would be good for a low $5 gambler like myself and I wouldn't have the stress of playing with other players at a table since I'm new to the game.

It's perfect for that. One at Venetian by the sports book and one a Palazzo by the Champaign Bar. I'd never played before and had a blast with them on my last trip. The drink service was pretty good too.
