Has anyone ever gone to one of the places in the strip that does an IV to cure hangovers? Or had one come to your room? I get fierce hangovers with terrible nausea. While I pray I can avoid those next week, I like a backup plan. Has anyone used these services? Reviews, tips, thoughts?

    Don't mean to be rude.
If it's so painful, why don't you just avoid the buzz?

Washing down 800 mg of Ibuprofen with 2 20oz Gatorades will have the same effect in about the time it takes for the IV med van to get to you.

Where I haven't heard of such cures , I was a bit baffled as I read that as HangOVER #4 , thinking Bradley Cooper and the gang were back into the land of Hookers and Blow lol

I've found that when I get my buzz on, I drink high quality booze, it lessons the hangover the next day. I stay away from the 3 foot long sugar blended cheap rum drinks and stick with mid to top shelf stuff instead. I also drink water before, during and back at the room. The next day I have Ibuprofen, sunglasses at the ready.

The key is really Pedialyte. Pop into Walgreens and get a few bottles, one for each night. Chug a bit before bed with 2 Aleve and then chug the rest when you wake up or if you wake up in the middle of the night. I have also had good luck with Zaca which used to be patches but now they sell soft chews. I really don't get hungover in Vegas anymore sticking with that.

Gatorade has sugar. Water doesn't have those electrolytes so you need something like Pedialyte which is designed for total dehydration

Maybe you need to research the "Wake Up Juice" Hangover cure
from the Back To The Future III movie... It worked for Doc Brown!

It def works. Its only new to the consumer market. We were doing this over 15 years ago with the paramedics before serving starting our day for Uncle Sam.

There's one in MGM Grand, costs about $100 and works like a charm. Highly recommend. 4 days of excess I was on my last legs, within a couple of hours I was ready to go again.

The only 2 things I like about being in the hospital is IV fluid and oxygen. You feel refreshed right away even when there's only iv fluid running. If I was bad off enough, and thinking of it at the time, I would totally do it. Maybe set a reminder to call them on your phone? Or sharpie it on your arm? It would be good for being generally rundown too. Not just hungover.
