Enjoy 2 free nights (where available) or calendar rates @ Planet Hollywood, The LINQ, Paris, Flamingo, Bally's, Harrah's or Rio! Valid 10/01/15-10/31/15. Restrictions may apply.

Let's book that at the Rio!

    SUN10/25/2015 $27.00
    MON10/26/2015 $27.00
    TUE10/27/2015 COMP
    WED10/28/2015 COMP
    THU10/29/2015 COMP

    Let's remove the offer code!

I've never had any luck with their offer codes, for me it's a waste of time to even try and bother with them. Much easier just to look at the whole calendar and pick the hotel/dates I want.

The only times I try and use an offer code is when there is resort credits and/or free play involved.
Usually just easier to use the calendar rates.

If you remove it then it's based on your play, I always have better "offers" based in my play as opposed to using an offer code.

I've never had a rate - just comp come up but lately on several occasions, a pop up will say that the offer is sold out. So, I book the nights I want then call Total Rewards and add the offer code to the booked reservation. Have done this on multiple occasions and never encountered a problem in doing so.

If you have any play, and especially if you have lots of play... do not look at offers. Log in and check rate calendar.

This happens to most, if not all hotels. I am always comped, usually with suite at CET and Mlife. But, I still get offers for discounts.

    Mass mailing is the answer.

In the past, personalized offers used to trigger FREE nights (as opposed to COMP nights) which would take the place of nights with prices.

Now they steal COMP nights. So odd...

I thought the OP was referring to using the online calendar and entering their code...

I'm referring to an offer, listed under offers, in my TR account.

Just an FYI, this may work if an offer says sold out, but it won't work if you get a message saying "offer not valid for the selected dates". I've gotten the not valid message several times and contacted a host to try to book it; they tell me the same thing the computer did.

Getting several emails from CET about room offers, more often than not when I go to book, the offer is sold out. When I go to the calendar, there are no comps. At least for me, things are tightening up and it's been going on since summer.

Pretty typical. I usually only use offer codes to check rates if they are not coming up comp. Sometimes the offer will be better. But the calendar is easier, and is more nights.

Where I have seem offers increase the cost is when the offer if for free nights and free slot play/food. For example at Caesars my offer for $150 FSP & $50 food caps my room choices at the Palace level, if I want comp Laurel room level I can't use the offer.

My situation is similar, though Hunter has been amazing letting me have the best room I can get at my level PLUS the best offer. While having a host doesn't do a TON for me, it's little things like this that make it really worth it

I am glad I am not the only one that can't seem to get the offer code into the reservation system!! I did book on line for this coming weekend and then called to have the offer applied. They (Ceasars) told me that since I have a Palace jr suite reserved, they could not apply the $250 FP and $75 food. She said the jr suite was upgrade??? First time staying at Ceasars....we shall see!

I have never had my host unable to apply an offer - including when it says not valid for my dates. Although TBH it's been awhile since I've bothered trying myself due to the prior error messages.

Although I will say my host is absolutely wonderful and I will be saddened if he ever leaves Caesars
