In Vegas this weekend for the GF's B day. She is a sucker for Creme Brulee We are staying at the Bellagio but don't mind travelling the strip for the best Brulee. Doesn't have to be a meal with the dessert, could just be a stop in for the brulee.

    Any suggestions?

Actually the buffet at the Bellagio has pretty good Creme Brule very
creamy and the burnt sugar topping crisp. I had six small servings before hubby dragged me away from the dessert table.

The cherry creme brulee at Stack, inside Mirage, is probably my favorite. There's plenty of excellent "regular" (i.e., vanilla) creme brulee on the Strip; I like that Stack's is a little non-conventional.

The best crème brulee that I have had on the Strip was in the Eiffel Tower restaurant at Paris. As mentioned earlier, Mon Ami Gabi at Paris is also a contender.

Ahah! So you're the one who ate all the Creme Brûlée... :nono:
My favorites are at Bellagio and Wynn buffets - probably cause I can have more than one at a time.

yep. Eiffel Tower. Go to the bar. Excellent and funny bartenders too. Did not expect that at such a fancy place. Love the service there in general.

Listen to me and Queentata!!! While there is nothing wrong with a buffet crème brulee (they are very serviceable and good, and I eat them myself when I go to a buffet on occasion) they are made in advance and are sitting out for who knows how long before someone comes along and grabs one.

If you are looking for the absolute best, no buffet can match the flavor of a fresh, made-to-order crème brulee at a higher end restaurant like The Eiffel Tower. The custard is light, perfectly flavored, delicious and creamy and is truly one of the best crème brulees I have ever had. If you go to the Eiffel Tower restaurant at lunch time it is cheaper than the dinner hour, and the food is just as great.

I am partial to the Crème brulee served at Charlie Palmer's, Four Seasons.

I used to think that. On two visits this summer it was decidedly runny with a non-crackly top. Totally inappropriate and disappointing.
