Wife and I wanted to try Johnny Rockets. The ACG has a coupon:
Buy one burger and milk shake, get one burger and milk shake FREE at Johnny Rockets (4 locations)
We were in the Venetian food court and sat at the counter.

The retro ambiance is kind of cool. We went with the cheapest burger which is called the original and a milk shake. $8.95 for the burger and $6.95 for the shake. Without the coupon that would be 32 bucks for two people. And that doesn't include fries. Makes me realize what a great deal that 1/2 lb. burger at Wild Wild West used to be.

The burger and shake was good, but I wouldn't go back even with a coupon.

We ate at the Johnny Rockets at Flamingo with a coupon. Overpriced and average tasting.

there is a J-R at the Meadows Mall and I wouldn't be surprised if they have better Price menu. I also used the ACG coupon and it came to 14 bucks for both, plus tips, and I can tell you...man, this was A BURGER, and the strawberry shake was just.....like paradise :))))

    Yummie it was :))))

    Greetings

I'm a fan of breakfast at Johnny Rockets - basic and reasonably priced.

    IMHO over rated and overpriced.
In and Out is a better burger.

I ate at JR at Bally's in June. It was good but it took forever to get my food. I will be hitting JR at Flamingo in November, maybe i should place my order now and it will be ready at check in day.
I do love their onion rings, however, i do prefer IN n Out all together, especially the off menu, wish they were on the Strip.

I have only had a Johnny Rocket burger in Dubai and it wasn't anything special. Would compare it to a quarter pounder from mcdonalds. Glad you liked it but I think we will pass.

Hotel dumpsters will provide better value and atmosphere. Breakfast at JR is completely disgusting... Stay Away!

So how are you helping with your comment, In &Out is better, so where is one on the strip. You want the guy to take a taxi to In & Out ? Closest one is probably onTropicana, go there sometime to that area and tell us how much you think of it

J R isnt "that" bad. Its average tasting, but he had a coupon. I understand your position OP. You tried it once, most likely never again.

If anyone finds themselves in the Venetian craving a burger, go down stairs to either B&B or Grand Lux. Best burgers Ive tasted on the strip.

I plan on hitting JR before i check in at Flamingo. However, i may try Shake Shack during the week, heard it might be pretty good. Wonder if Shake Shack has a secret menu similar to In n Out?

We have been twice to eat there and the food is pretty average, worthwhile with the ACG coupon but not value at full price. On both occasions, we caught the entertainment of staff coming out front and dancing along to a song, the first time, at Flamingo, they were energetic and extrovert, but at Fashion Show Mall they looked horrified and couldn't wait to run away!

I find the EI burger at Ellis Island is real good value. $6.95 with fries and with the LVA BOGO 2 can eat for $6.95 (plus drinks plus tip and tax).
