It would be more newsworthy if they weren't having issues.

Yeah... I don't want to gloat, but I rarely ever have problems with that site.

I'm using a Chrome browser with AdBlocker installed... don't know if that's the difference maker.

The lag is nothing new for me, it's been going on for months. I think their server is an old Commodore 64 that someone found in their basement. Maybe if we're lucky they'll upgrade the modem to 56k soon. The new one for me is that my trips don't show up in that "change active trips" dropdown. Luckily I always save all my email confirmations.

Are these posts sarcastic ?? I use Chrome also now - but website remains basically useless in my opinion. I really only use it as a quick link to the websites for the specific hotels. Those are all OK - but the mlife main site is not good for anything but checking my point or ec totals.

Nope. I rarely have issues with it.

I've used it to check rates, offers, and I've booked rooms in the past using the site (I mainly call to book for me and sometimes book for family using it), but I never really have trouble with it. Once in a very long while I won't be able to log into it, but when that occurs, it usually clears up pretty quickly.

Had problems with the website "loosing" my bookings, called VIP services, the lady their told me they were having problems with the website and that my reservations were fine. Saw a note yesterday at MGM that said the website would be getting repaired today, but shouldn't cause any real problems...we shall see.
