    I wonder how many people will feel the same way about Jim Murren, given that he accomplished just as much as the head of MGM than Kirk.
    Jim built City Center after all.

    From a Vegas historical perspective, Kerkorian was more impactful than Murren. He owned the land that Caesars Palace was built on, and, as the tribute articles said, built the biggest Vegas hotel three separate times with the International (now Westgate), original MGM (now Bally's), and current MGM. And while Murren was the company's CFO when MGM acquired Mirage, it was Kirk who was hammering out the deal in Steve Wynn's office at the Bellagio.

    KK is definitely a Vegas icon. This town would not be what it is without him. If Vegas had Mount Rushmore, KK is a charter member, along with Steve Wynn, Jay Sarno, and Bugsy Siegel.

    Not yet. It is next on my list after Schwartz's other book "Roll Them Bones". With Wynn getting up there in age, it would be cool if he did a documentary like Fog of War to reflect on his accomplishments.
