Okay. The Station calendars have been extended. I booked Palace Station in September and Red Rock in November. I expect the nights will go quickly, so act fast. There were some nights that I could not reach, but actually the Red Rock was expensive enough to eat up most of my points anyway. 150,000 for a midweek night compared to the 15,000 I put out for a weekend night at Excalibur. All in all I've now booked 5 Station nights and 2 Excalibur nights for the two trips I'm planning. Pretty nice. Use this number and they can tell you what is available where so you can buy the rewards and call back to book. 844-266-0048 Have a credit card ready and your player's card as well although it ended up on one booking that they could see that number once they pulled me up. I don't think the weekend deals are very good. We still pay resort fee on the 50% deals and at Palace Station weekend nights would have cost me $78 each. I can book at that rate without using Rewards points. Okay. Good luck.

Dewey, I'm confused. You get the reward confirmation, then before you call myVegas, you call Palace Stations and see whether the night you want is available, then call myVegas and book it? Or, does Palace Stations actually book it for you? Or, neither of the above.

    Still waiting for December.

Thanks Dewey got GVR Sept 9 and 10. Very easy process.
Like Dewey said. Call 844-266-0048 to see if dates available. If so. Purchase on my Vegas. Follow instructions on rewards purchased. First make sure you have a Boarding Pass #(reward card for stations). Easy to obtain on their site. Then call and book room. have credit card ready. There is no resort fee. They will email confirmation # and give it to you on phone also. Request room type. I got king, smoking, high floor, near elevator. I am staying at Mandalay Bay and GVR has free shuttle to and from there. Plus free shuttle to and from airport. Red Rock and Palace also have free shuttles.

PS Well Eagle John said all of this much more efficiently while I was polishing this off, but I'll leave it anyway.

First call this number and check their availability calendar with one of the operators. It is not visible on line. They have it and deal with your requests verbally. You can check the other Stations as well if your first choice seems not to fit your dates. You can also get a sense of when December will be released from those operators; however, when I called a month or so back, they said to try again Memorial Day weekend at the earliest for September, so those operators are only giving the best guess.

    Here is the number 844-266-0048

Once your nights are released and available, go back to MyVegas and buy the matching reward and call back to book. You go to the main page and in the upper right hand corner it says "info" and just skim to the casino you want and you can see if the reward is available and buy that on line. You get a confirmation number and then you call back the clerk for booking.
Technically, you need your boarding pass number, but once my player's card was not handy and they really had that information in front of them. However, a call to the Player's Club will give you your number over the phone.
They take a credit card just to secure the room for "incidentals." so have that ready as well. Rooms are free midweek. No resort fee. At Palace Station they did say that for the 50% off weekends the resort fee was required as well. Palace Station was just not a good deal for the weekend. I could go to Eastside Cannery for the same money and not waste LP points.

I am reading on many boards that offerings are fast tightening up because the pressure is now on Stations as it is the only way to get a few nights in a row using MyVegas and for some calendars the only way to get a room, period. Theoretically, you can get 3 nights in a row midweek at all Stations, but actually that is pretty hard to do. In my case it did not matter at Red Rock because Nov 1-2 were all that was available until sometime around November 15, and I had booked that up already. The good thing is that a short easy phone call can get all questions answered as to availability.
Unlike booking with MLife these calls do not require a huge waiting time. I was on hold looking for one Excalibur available room for 4 and a half hours and when I reached a person, half way through the booking, she disconnected.
I called back and picked from the menu the Aria booking agent(number 1) who has little to no work. She answered right away and was willing to book the Excalibur for me. At Stations a few rings and a very helpful person can figure out a strategy, but you will want to book soon after calling and not wait to decide because the calendar will change as other folks book.
The cool thing about these midweek nights is that they are free. No resort fee. That fee alone at Red Rock is $28 a night. Oh, they also have a pool that is heated in winter to 70 plus degrees so folks swim in November.
I loved the buffet last year. It was absolutely the best for not spiking my blood sugar (I control all on diet) and most helpful and tasty was four kinds of roasted veggies and four sugar free desserts.
There is an airport shuttle for hotel guests. I suspect that we could take the WAX to the airport and then use the Palace Station or Red Rock shuttles. However, the Sahara Express bus serves both properties. You don't need a car.
I rented a car because I really want to go to the Red Rock Canyon and hike for all three days. I rented for a week because it was cheaper and will take 3 nights at the Pioneer in Laughlin ($86 total) and make a road trip, seeing Oatman and Choloride and Hoover Dam on my last day end back downtown check into the D or Queens and return the car the next day. I did Budget from Golden Nugget.

Keno: The PS tee shirt is terrible. However, they will let you add some $$ for an upgrade. For another dollar or so, I did find a nice one at Palace Station with the logo on it. It took some looking and it was the last one in my size. I expect the tee shirt pressure is even greater now. If you can, go see the selection before you use LP points. Oh, then the clerk wanted to charge me tax on the full amount. It took some talk but I finally got her to see that the tax should be on just the extra dollar.

Thanks Dewey! I am going to follow your advice if I make it over there. I will wait to see what they have. I jumped on the Allegiant 50$ thinking it was airfare as it says on the top and I burnt 50,000pts.
