I'm in town for EDC week and between EDC/pool parties/nightclubs I'm not going to have a ton of free time.

This is my first time staying at Linq so I was wondering if there are any places close by for liquor/snacks (chips, candy, etc) and quick food options (pizza is always good)?

There are Walgreens and CVS stores within walking distance - which is the case anywhere along The Strip.

Yes, right inside of LinQ near the entrance to Harrah's. They also have a store next door at Margaritaville. Both places are great to buy snacks, soda's, etc.
And at the LinQ center there is a pizza place i always hit, Flour & Barleys. I usually get pizza at the outdoor counter and sit at the fountain. You can also go inside for service.. The pizza is very good, cheap, and larger than most slices.
I love the new LinQ and the entire property.

When I was walking by there in December I stopped in some liquor store that was part of the Caesars Entertainment properties on that block... I forget if it was inside Harrahs or Casino Royale or Flamingo... they had the big Fosters Lager cans of beer for around $7 while at Walgreens, which was almost right next door, they were $3.

Definitely avoid the "gift shops" and convenience stores in hotel lobbies, go to Walgreens or CVS.

This is appreciated! Are there any food courts near LINQ just out of curiosity?

The Harrah's Fulton Street Food Hall has pizza, salads, coffee, comfort food, noodle bar and pastries.

As Mrs K mentioned, the Fulton Street Food Hall is pretty good, not the typical food court, but it's fine. Across the street at Caesars they have an upscale food court. If you want to eat something quick you have a small food court between Harrah's and Casino Royale, i think they have Sbarro's, Mexican food, Panda Express, and McDonald's the last i checked in November.
You can also go to Casino Royale and hit Subway, Noble Roman's, Outback Steakhouse, Ben & Jenny's, and there is cheap but good Hot Dogs as well.
From Casino Royale to Margaritaville, including the LinQ Center, you have many dining options right outside your door.

As another poster mentioned, there's Walgreens/CVS.........but if you do use the hotel stores, you can use your TR card if you have rewards credits available.
