there is group (3 couples ages 35-4) of us going the end of May and we have done most of the CDS shows and Absinthe. So we are thinking a comedian or maybe a hypnotist any recommendations?

Zombie Burlesque - a little raunchy, and hilarious.

Carrot Top - my wife dragged me to his show, I ended up laughing my ass off.....

    Have a great trip!

If you haven't seen Carrot Top yet I'd definitely go to his show. Tickets are fairly cheap and he's hilarious.

Another vote for Carrot Top or Vinnie Favorito...rude and crude, but super funny, uses the crowd as his target of humor. We just saw Zombie Burlesque a week ago and while there were a couple funny parts, I didn't think it was that great of a show. I rated that one about C or C+ show.

+1 to this, he was great

Saw Jeff Dunham at PH a few weeks ago, he was also really good.

So many props for Carrot Top. I think I'll check him out in the future

Try Brad Garret's comedy club at MGM. Been there twice and both times they had great comedians.

I may need to add Dunham to my next trip. Lots of suggestions for Carrot Top assuming he is better in person..

Comedy clubs are a great way to have some laughs, see some great unknown talent for a very cheap price. Almost all the CC in Vegas have 2 for 1 coupons available. We usually hit the Improv at Harrahs for a evening of laughs. It's small, intimate and alot of fun.

I'm staying at Luxor in June and was tempted to book Carrot Top but wanted to ask a quick question to people who have seen him.

Will the fact that I'm from the UK affect my enjoyment of his show? As in is his humour funny or US funny if you understand what I mean?

You'll still have a blast. Some of the stuff is obviously geared towards the U.S audience (redneck jokes, etc), but I promise you'll have a great time. I have never heard anyone say they didn't have a good time at Carrot Top's show. He is funny as hell.

Thank you, I think I will give him a try as tickets look very reasonably priced.

If it hasn't closed for good by then, there is a coupon for the riviera comedy club in the american casino guide that gives you 2 completely free tickets, no purchase required.

So pleased to see many recommendations for Carrot Top! I've always wanted to see him, but hubby wasn't really interested; this time it's all girls and we're going.

We were in Las Vegas the weekend of the celebrity poker tournament fall 2013. It was a whirlwind of comedian shows that trip! We saw Gallagher (the farewell tour), Jim Belushi, Ray Romano, Kevin James and Brad Garrett! All were good, but Kevin James was the best - would love to see him again!

Just have your husband go look at his yelp reviews. There are a ton of people who weren't that thrilled with going into the show and ended up loving it.
