I need your help. I need the best advice/ suggestions for 2-bedroom suites on the strip, ideally between Caesars and NY NY. My friends and I will be flying in from all over the country for a bachelor party, about 11 of us. We're all former infantry Marines, mostly married and in our early 30s. We all have careers and expect to drop a decent amount of coin. We usually try to get together once a year, and we've been talking about this Vegas trip since our first deployment back in 2006. The time has finally come and I couldn't be more excited. Overall suggestions would be appreciated as well.

Our idea of a time is a good steak, gambling, drinking together then seeing where the night takes us.

    Cheers and Semper Fi.

I have not stayed in a two bedroom suite at CP. At NYNY, the big two bedroom suite on the top of the hotel (I think they call it the Plaza Suite) is fantastic. But their other suites aren't that great. and CP has much better dining options. Between the two, I think I would go with CP

I took the OP differently. I think he is looking for a property physically somewhere between CP and NYNY.......not pick one of.
I might suggest the Boulevard suite at PH. You can get a 2 bedroom option. The suite has a foosball table and a bumper pool table.
UK, you probably have insight into Cosmo and Bellagio properties for options.

Yes, any hotel that's physically between and including Caesars and NY NY.

I really enjoy the Marquee Suite at MGM. Bedrooms are average, but living room is really nice and there is a pool table (some may have Foosball instead).

Aria 2 BR skysuite is not a bad choice either. The price is reasonable and the suite is spacious.

Aria has a great casino as well as good food selection.

    Thank you for your service!
We stayed in a Penthouse Suite at Bellagio- 2 bedroom. It was high floor, fountain view. Each bathroom has a his/hers bathroom. The only thing, is both bedrooms have a king size bed. But we had a party in the room, maybe 30 people, no issues.

Yes, keep in mind that suites almost always are king beds.

And, keep in mind that the hours kept by your fellow Marines will vary widely in Vegas. After all, it is 24 hour location. Those few guys that stay up half the night have to come "home" at some point and will wake up others.

The only good reason for a suite is more room to party. If you party will be out and about, then the room is for s,s,s and s. (one of those is sleep for those not in the know)

One suggestion is the Mirage---which is right next door to CP so would probably work.
Their tower suites are great and they have the option of 2 beds in the second bedroom.

Got it. I thought he meant deciding between those two hotels! :goofy:

In terms of room only, Bellagio is probably my favorite two bedroom suite on that side of the street. As an overall resort, I like Aria better, but in terms of suite, I like Bellagio more. For the skysuites at Aria, I have never been a huge fan of the layout, with the dining are separated by a wall. That wall makes the suite feel smaller. At Bellagio (and most other suites), the dining area is just part of an open area next to the living area. I like open spaces, so I prefer the Bellagio layout.

At most places the 2bedroom suites will be more expensive than just two rooms. Like mentioned before check the bed situation in the suite, almost for certain at least one bed will be king. The 2 bedroom at cosmopoliton is a king in one and 2 queens in another so you can roll 3 deep in that room. Or if it doesn't bother you, 6 deep. I like the idea of a party suite and then a few basic rooms. This is what I suggested to a friend who is planning a bachelorette party.

you can also get rollaway beds in the room. Are you looking mainly for a suite with good size and location? How many are you wanting to sleep in this suite?

All eleven of you are staying in the one room?

I've never stayed at this particular property, but the Elara has up to 4 BR Suites...might want to check that out.

don't forget the Vdara, their Hospitality suite is very open, as far as the sleeping arrangements go
they're all salty dogs, so hot bunking in shifts is nothing new for them:evillaugh

Vdara is a great option for a two-bedroom -- either hospitality, penthouse, or loft. Great access to Aria and Bellagio. I'm with UKFanatic on preferring Bellagio penthouse suites to the Aria because of the layout. But the two-bedroom skysuite at Aria isn't going to disappoint. Those would all be in my top three.

Frank, SS just got new Escalades as their default cars. Rollers are more selectively issued.
And, while I agree with UK regarding the Aria SS Penthouses, we also had a Panoramic Penthouse which has the dining area adjacent to the LR if memory serves although I preferred the City View for a couple.
Nostresshere's comments are well taken though for such a large crew. Best to have a central suite for get togethers but individual rooms otherwise?
Thanks to you and your fellow Marines for doing the duty you did. I hope Vegas treats you well.

Thank you all for the advice. Staying at hotels connected to casinos never actually crossed our minds. We all have to put in suggestions tomorrow.
