I snagged SIX roundtrip tickets on AA.com today for $127 a piece! We were going to drive but something told me to check prices just in case. I couldn't believe my eyes! It was departing on a Monday, returning on Saturday. I have never seen prices that low!

I think it's SW...I booked with them and the cash price for my ticket (I used points) was $127 RT.
Typically American tries to match SW on identical routes.

..and yeah - those are fantastic airfares!

Those are amazing prices - especially for AA. I looked for April and they are quite a bit more so I booked with Southwest out of Love Field. It came to $150 round trip - and I thought that was good. Great job finding that!!

Hopefully SW will lower the fares out of Austin or San Antonio. They are a little lower now but not like Dallas fares.

I looked, and they're still about $100+ more than Allegiant.Got a round trip for $170 on Allegiant. Cheaper than I can drive to Lake Charles. If SW were to get at least near them I think they'd be booked all the time.

I got 3 round trip flights in April out of Dallas for $125 a piece. Same dates out of Austin were about $380 a piece. It's typically much cheaper to fly out of Love Field if you are flying SW.

Only down side is by the time you'd get to Dallas, you'd be landing in Vegas. It's about a 3 hour drive to Dallas.

We snagged those fares too. After flying Spirit every which-way the last few years, flying American is probably going to feel like flying first class.
