BLT Steak @ Ballys - Full menu at the bar?

    Looking for a steak place that opens early and notice BLT Steak at Ballys opens at 5:30 which is typical of steak places in LV but the bar opens at 4:00pm. This would be a perfect time to eat for us and interested to know if you go to the bar at 4:00 is the menu limited or is the steak available for ordering at this time?

    I would like to know the answer to this question also. I will be in Vegas next week and have been considering eating at BLT.
